Twice Baked Baking Company

This is my GOTO bakery for everything I need for parties, get-​togethers, birthdays, etc.
Their desserts are fantastic! The service is awesome. My favorite is their bundt cakes and cheesecakes.

My family has been shopping at Twice Baked Baking company for awhile now, because my husband and my daughter both eat gluten free. The pumpkin pie they got at Twice Baked during the holidays was far superior than the pumpkin pie that had gluten in it. I visited Twice Baked for my first time yesterday to get a Birthday cake for my daughter and I was very impressed with the variety of items and flavors available. The cake was beautiful and yummy. I would highly recommend Twice Baked to anyone.

I HAVE NEVER DONE GLUTEN FREE ANYTHING… it was all presented very nicely and simple! Each item looked amazing, thought Martha Stewart was there, no she wasn’t thank God!
CHEESECAKE WITH PRALINE TOPPING IS ON POINTE! Try the biscotti! Cinnamon rolls are amazing as well! So first dine at Benley then go next door. I liked that the employee was genuine and kind.

I just ordered the gluten free cheese cake from here. It had a graham cracker crust and for $ 12 it was not very good. Would not come back here.

I am in love with this place.
And I love that my man-​friend goes out of his way to treat me to their delicious gluten free goodies because I can’t ever make it here during their business hours.
Today he was kind enough to get me a few items.
*pumpkin mini bundt cake.
So moist and just enough pumpkin spice to be smooth and pair with a latte!
*macaron
I think there was a rose and orange, they were both delicate and crunchy and so creamy in the middle.
*marble hazelnut biscotti.
These are dangerous because I cannot have a bite without wanting the whole thing. They go perfectly with my morning triple almond milk vanilla latte.
This place is amazing. I’ve had the pleasure of having my man-​friend introduce me to this gem and I’ve also had the pleasure of stopping in myself. The service is amazing and most of all consistent. The only downfall for me is that they hardly ever have cinnamon rolls which are my one true pastry love but I can’t be mad or take away stars for that fact alone. I’ll just have to work out something with them so I can buy them as soon as they make them. Those rolls make me happy and make me love life.

Such an awesome Bakery, amazing service, and Words can’t describe how really ridiculously good all the baked goods are here. My wife and Son are gluten free and I’m shocked every time I taste the cakes and cookies from Twice Baked bakery. Highly recommend A+++

Its great to have a specialty bakery in the neighborhood for just Gluten Free items. The cinnamon bread is really delicious. It runs around $ 10 a loaf, if you feel like treating yourself its worth it. Great for French Toast or bake a slice with butter and cinnamon for cinnamon toast Yummy!

I have to say I was quite excited to try the bakery. The reviews were great so I gave it a go. The staff was very friendly and helpful, which is why it even gets two starts. However, I got two cupcakes, one chocolate and one carrot. I also got two of their sandwich/​small bread rolls, one regular and one cinnamon. The chocolate cupcake was so dry and hard, after one bite it was thrown away. The carrot cake was slightly better, still not «fresh» tasting but at least the cream cheese icing was good. The bread I was excited for, I was told how good the cinnamon would be as French toast. But both the cinnamon and regular bread tasted so bland and just like egg. I wasn’t very satisfied. All in all it wasn’t worth the expensive price and I won’t be back.

Stumbled across this place after a friend and I started to crave cheesecake. This was the closest bakery to us so we decided to give it a try. The bakery is small, very clean and located in a shopping center right in between a dog-​grooming shop and a thai restaurant. Every thing here is gluten free, which is a positive for those who are into that sort of thing. Staff was attentive and gave us his suggestion when he noticed we were having trouble choosing a cheesecake. I gave this place three stars because I felt that the cheesecake was okay tasting, definitely had its own unique taste but nothing that left me wanting more. This place has one $ dollar sign, but in my opinion their items are quite pricey (a mini cheesecake was 12 dollars).

Holy. Cow. Their Linzer cookie is possibly the best cookie I’ve ever eaten in my life, gluten free or no! And the lavendar citrus bundt cake is out of this world!
Everything was moist and delicious, soft and fluffy and amaaaaazing! I can’t wait to go back and buy loaves of fresh sourdough bread on Saturday. And the owner truly understands the plight of the celiacs. This place is a gluten free godsend!

After reading the glowing reviews my expectations were high. However, after trying four different items, my experience was inconsistent.
The raspberry linzer cookies were amazing. It was better than any wheat version I have tried. The chocolate chip cookie was good. It had a nice chewy texture. I also tried the lemon mini bundt cake. While the lemon flavor was very intense (which is good), and I could taste the lemon rind, the texture was very crumbly, and there was another flavor happening which I did not like.
Finally, I tried the «french dinner roll». I was told they were available frozen 2 for $ 6, so I asked for a pair. I did not get to see them until I got home. I was disappointed as soon as I saw them. They were heavy, and looked like drop biscuits. To me, a french roll means a yeasted fluffy roll, with a nice crust, and soft center. This was a heavy, tasteless biscuit. I feel like calling it a french roll is mislabeling it.
I saved half of everything to allow my 9 y/​o daughter to try. The loved the linzer cookie and she liked the chocolate chip cookie. She did not like the lemon bundt cake.
I will likely be back for more of the linzer cookes and to try some of the other items, like the pie, since I have tried gluten free baking and know it is not as easy as just substituting in gluten free flour. Also, the proprietor was very nice, and her care is evident in the beauty of the baked goods. The linzer cookies look almost too pretty to eat.

I stumbled upon this God-​send. Service was great and friendly, I was so happy to see this is a DEDICATED gluten free bakery with so much to offer! I purchased the flourless chocolate cake and a couple rolls. I haven’t tried the rolls yet, but the flourless chocolate cake is spot on! So delicious! This bakery is only a couple min drive for me so I will definitely be back!

I love this place. I bought the rosemary focaccia bread for Easter dinner, and people actually has more than one piece! A first for a gluten free bread on my table…
I have tried a net of the bakery items, and they are very good! The decorated sugar cookies are delicious, bit of you eat a bunch of them at once (!) they start to taste a bit corn-​y. My only disappointment is the «sourdough» bread — it completely misses the mark. :(

Gluten free baking is very tough. Have tried it. Have had awesome and awful… this place is AWESOMENESS.
Such a variety of goodies that have a perfect baked taste. Read some reviews about dry– I guess if you are not gluten free you might not know the difference in baking with gluten free flour. Taste and enjoy. This is much healthier than flour with gluten and as gluten free goes this is an awesome place.
Prices are up there with whole foods but a much better flavor and and not overly sweet like big bakeries.

What a wonderful bakery! Being gluten free I normally don’t have many options especially when it comes to baked goods. The owner and her son were there and were extremely helpful and friendly.
Twice Baked has a variety of different goods, at a reasonable price. Your taste buds will be satisfied! I bought just about one of everything in the bakery. I am amazed at how moist and full of flavor the treats are. I have been fending off my gluten filled family all morning!
I highly recommend the linzers and the mini loafs! If you are gluten-​free, gluten selective, or gluten living person, pop in and try this place!

I love my sweets and it’s very hard to find delicious gluten free treats. I always order their biscotti-​perfect with every bite.
I’ve tried their monster cookie, peanut butter cookie and their personalized cheesecake. Everything tastes amazing! You can’t even tell you’re missing the gluten. I highly recommend trying out these amazing treats.

I have many gluten free friends so when I saw this I had to try it out. I’ve tried many gluten free baked goods and they always disappoint me. I was shocked the items I tried were gluten free!
The Lavender Citrus bunt cake was so moist and delicious. It is expensive compared to a regular bakery but for gluten free this is average price.
