UPDATE: I spoke to the manager this morning, and she was terrific. She rectified the situation and honored the signs that had been posted, and today, they have different signs up that reflect what is and is not included. She offered to extend the 50% off to all new merchandise, but I stated that I did not want to take advantage of the situation, only for them to honor the posted price for the one new arrival item I wanted. They’ve turned an extremely upset customer into a satisfied one!
They have a two GIANT posters in their window right now that state, «50% off EVERYTHING — NO EXCLUSION.» I spent 45 minutes trying on shirts and looking around, and then took a shirt, a necklace, and earrings to the counter. Turns out the shirt was NOT ringing on sale. The sales girl said it was because it was a new arrival. I told her the sign said, «No exclusions,» to which she replied, «Yeah, but it’s a sales item.» Then proceeded to just stare at me. I said, «But you’ve posted a sign that says NO EXCLUSIONS — that means NOTHING is excluded, even new arrivals.» She just shrugged her shoulders. I went to the front of the store, took a picture of the sign, and brought it back to her, and she just sighed and repeated, «It’s a new arrival.»
Customer Service 101 — FAIL. She didn’t even so much as say, «I’m really sorry, I know the sign may be confusing, but we never include new arrivals in are store-​wide ‘no exclusion’ sales.» Instead she stared at me.
I’m calling corporate in the morning and the manager of the store as well.

I came to this store on a Tuesday evening. There was only 2 staff members working. The store seemed a little messy but the staff members were very helpful. I ordered a pair of work pants online that were too big. The associate directed me to exchange them for a better color a size smaller. Tried them on, did an exchange and was out.

Nice clothes at a decent price but too many restrictions on their returns and sale items. Once they wouldn’t allow me to return a pair of pants because they said the pants were wrinkled — are you freakin kidding me?
