Just experienced excellent customer service from Shanel today. Really friendly and accommodating!

All women love a good deal! I came here today with my friend and a sales associate greeted us and said that all tops, shoes and denim were buy one get one $ 10. They had bright pink signs on every rack that just said tops buy one, get one and in big letters $ 10 so I assumed both tops would be $ 10 together? When I was rung up I seemed to have interrupted the sales associate working the desk who was chit chatting with her co worker and she didn’t want to bother with me. When she told me my total was $ 32 and some change I was confused and asked her to explain the sale and she basically told me if I didn’t want these tops I could leave. I didn’t understand why she needed to be so rude. I have worked in retail before and I was politely asking her to further explain what it was.

Lexus, was the best. helped out with school clothes and was super cool about teaching us about Italian sizes. Couldn’t stop laughing.

I came into Charlotte Russe because I saw that they had tennis shoes and a buy one get one 50% off deal, how bad could this be? HORRIBLE.
First I asked for a specific pair of shoes which she told me right away they were out of in that size (I’m a 7 ½, standard size so I figured that was plausible with their sale, fine) so I instead asked if they had a different shoe in my size, she went to check and came back with one a half a size too small, I tried it and it was too tight, she walked away and didn’t ask how they were. When I tried to flag her down from chatting behind the counter with her girlfriend she rolled her eyes so a coworker came over who was even more rude, but offered to get me another pair in the half size too big, fine, thank you. When she comes back I try on the shoe, which says it is bigger but is definitely smaller than the first pair. I had to bother them chatting (quietly with a lot of dirty looks in my direction) to mention that they were smaller — this girl came over and started to argue with me pointing to the number on the box like I was an idiot, before I could get a word out she walked away, back to talk crap with her buddy, never offering to help me with another pair.
Deal or no deal I couldn’t get myself to support this place. I hope that the owner or manager of this store cares enough to read their Unilocal reviews and takes this into consideration… Your employees are awful, they are loosing you money and business.

Like most ladies, i love good bargains on trendy clothes and jewelry. I came in here black Friday weekend and the selection was just okay for me. The store was messy and none of the ladies were greeting anyone or offering assistance. I walked in and they were all chit chatting behind the register vs. working the floor. Its just didnt look good from a service stand point. I did however grab some cut heels fro $ 10 but thats about it.
