Last year, I gave them 5 stars and would have given 6 if I could! Today, I am rating them 1, and if I could 0! Last week I took my car in, needed to have it quickly looked at, I came back to guys standing around talking, NOTHING had been done, no explanation, no apology for wasting my time. In addition, they told me a few months ago that a coil was the problem– which would have been several times fixing it, then last week, no it wasn’t the coil, it was something else… they «fixed the key» doesn’t work a day later… and again, NO apology for wasting my time. I told them to have the owner call me, he didn’t. When I called this am to schedule an appt, even tho I was told he would be calling, he had NO idea what the problem was… he said he wanted me to tell him, I said have your guys explain and call me back… he said he was too busy. Too busy?! You base your biz on customer service and you are too busy to deal with a extremely disappointed customer? Well, me, my money and my 5 friends I recommended you highly to, will be going somewhere that the owner is not toooooo busy.

Excellent service, very quick turnaround and an GREAT HONEST TEAM that I felt really comfortable with and felt were not gouging me.
I brought in my aging A6 and they came back with a diagnosis and estimate very quickly. The work was done on time and price was very fair — so different from BH Audi!
I work in Culver CIty so they are convenient. But I would use them even if i worked across town — yes they are that good.

Johnny and his team are exactly what you would want from a top-​notch rapair shop. They took great care of my ailing 2007 Porsche Boxster. I brought it in with a laundry list full of tasks and they repaired each and everyone one without issue. Normally, that would be OK, but I also had to travel out of state for my weeding and honeymoon during the repair and they kept my car on-​site for two weeks free of charge. They kept my car safe and secure and greeted me with a warm smile when I came to pick it up. That exceeded my expectations and made my life much easier as I was getting ready for my wedding. Thanks Euro Tech! You guys are professionals at repair and customer service. I recommend this business to anyone that needs to take care of their ride.

Euro-​tech and Jose is the only place I will ever take my audi for work. I’ve been getting my car serviced and/​or adding mods by Jose for almost 15 years. Their customer service is beyond exceptional, he even once lent me his car for the day because I could not wait for the service to be done. Euro-​tech are honest mechanics, they will not force you to fix anything that doesn’t need to and will give you the best advice on maintenance that needs to be done. If they see it doesn’t need to be serviced or fixed they will let you know how much life you have left till you do. I will always go back to them on all my audi needs.

I went in this morning to have a piece of plastic reattached to the bottom of my Boxster after I scraped it on a parking lot barrier. They took me in without an appointment, reattached the plastic and then washed my car. I went to pay and they said no charge. Excellent service and very friendly mechanics.

I brought in my used A3 for some aftermarket brake lines (and drove 24 miles to bring it to Euro Tech). Great experience. Very reasonable pricing, I was given a call with the estimate after only a short time after leaving the car there, and picked it up the next morning.
Reliable service and likely hundreds less than a comparable european specialist.

I found this place on Instagram through friends and I brought my Audi here for service. I made an appointment and was out in less than an hour. They changed my oil and offered to wash my car. I respectfully declined because it was going to rain the following day.
This place was $ 400 cheaper than the dealer and I will come back the next time I need service. The guys here are great and friendly.

Just wanted to give a long overdue review for this great place.
I’ve been a customer of Euro Tech’s for about ten years. They were my go-​to place, but I moved across the city and had to work with shops closer to me due to my schedule and my car being my daily driver. Let me say this: no one matches Euro Tech when it comes to customer service, communication, quality work, and fair prices.
I recently moved to back west to Venice and it’s so great to be back at this place. My Audi allroad is OLD — about 14 years, and I love it, but it can be a high maintenance prospect. Jose really cares about his customers and his business. He’ll get to know you and explain things to you. He’ll call you if something unexpected turns up, but won’t push work you don’t need. Jonathan is the same way. He’s great to work with, and very good with communication, and will take care to accommodate you if your schedule is tricky. He keeps that place running well. Last but not least, Dante is very pleasant to work with also. He’ll listen to you stammer through whatever esoteric problem you’re experiencing and will take good care of you.
Rest assured, you can take your cranky Audi, Volkswagen, or Porsche here and know you’re going to get great, honest work and treatment at a fair price.
And, yeah, this review would be exactly the same even if I didn’t have a timing belt service coming up this summer! HA!

Love this place. I have been taking my car here for regular maintenance for a few years now. The mechanics are very knowledgable and careful. They have great customer service and always do a great job!

After calling the Audi dealership and receiving an outrageous quote to repair the struts on my 2001 A4, I called Euro Tech based on the positive reviews and brought my car to them. A third of the price (!) the dealership quoted and they made the time to ensure the repairs were completed the same day (as I needed my car for work). Really pleased with the service and lack of «up sell» I’m always worried I’ll receive. Would definitely recommend them and plan to make this my go-​to for future car needs.

5 stars. I will start with the negatives. I took my porsche in for a standard oil change and told them it needed transmission fluid (because I knew there was a small leak). They quoted me at a price of $ 220 for the oil change and they would check the fluids in the service (if any fluid was needed they would add it in and charge for the cost of the fluid). I agreed and left my car. A few hours later they called frantically and said i had to call them back right away before a certain time because they needed parts. I am a mechanic so I knew right away there was an upsell in the air.
I called them back, assuming the world was burning down after their multiple phone calls and they said I needed to replace the trans gasket and filter for $ 770. They are 100% correct that I need to replace the gasket, but there is no way I would be doing it for $ 770. The parts and fluid would cost around $ 225 if I did the job myself… The job takes a skilled mechanic 1 hour to do… (Do the math).
Upsell: «rear brake pads at 15%», $ 900 for new rotors and pads. In my entire life having replaced 50 sets of pads on various cars, i have never once replaced a rotor, ever. I almost felt sorry for them trying to upsell me on this repair where the parts cost $ 252 and for a skilled mechanic would only take around a casual hour to replace… While drinking a coffee and chatting with people… Do that math for labor cost…
I told them to simple add fluid in to the transmission, which they did for cost (2 quarts low @ $ 20/​quart) and they almost refused to add the fluid. They couldn’t believe I wasn’t taking the bait and spending $ 770 on a gasket and new fluid… They must get a lot of non-​car people with deep pockets at this place…
They washed my car and at the end of the day it was good quality work. The up-​selling makes me angry every time knowing that there are people out there that would take the bait every day and quite frankly be victims of what amounts to a scam.

I’ll admit that I know nothing about cars so finding a good mechanic can be difficult. The guys at Euro Tech are awesome and always explain exactly what’s wrong with my car, which is super helpful. They’re really quick with repairs and always offer to drive me to my next destination if my car is staying there overnight. I’m a fan. :)

My first impression of Jose the owner is he legitimately cares about his customers, not in a gimmick alligator smile way, but sincerely. I had an issue with a thermostat and because of it my check engine light was on. I sent my extended warranty information in advance. Jose and his guys took care of everything for my Audi — fixed my car good as new, did my smog test, and a complete oil change in approximately 1 day. Furthermore, the extended warranty hadn’t paid him yet, but he still didn’t bill me — saying, he would bill them separately. This is what I call EXCELLENT SERVICE.
Also — Jose is a really easy going and all around good dude. The morning I dropped my car off, they gave me a ride all the way to the other side of Culver City and saved my cab/​Über fare.
I never thought I would ever be giving an auto-​repair place a 5-​STAR rating. Most of them I’ve unfortunately encountered are sleazy, or give you attitude, or do poor quality work — and nearly all of them are trying to get the max out of you, while giving you the least. Eurotech Motors is the opposite of all of these traits — honest, great work, no attitude, great customer service. Eurotech has earned my business and will continue to receive it, while I live in the area.

This place is a great place to go if you’re sick and tired of dealers ripping you off. I have a Porsche Targa 4S & every time I go to the dealer the ripping off starts. This time I had it and finally decided to give these guys a try.
Service was excellent. I can say that they are more knowledgeable than the dealer service center. I got my brakes and rotars replaced at about 33% cheaper than the dealer. I also had them change my belt.
They were efficient and saved me plenty of money. They even wash your car very well.
In addition I needed a smog check and they took it next door for me and saved me the wait time.
Good customer service. Quality work.

I’ve taken my Audi here several times over the past year and have had great experiences, particularly when it comes to dealing with smaller items prompted by warning lights. I found this place on Unilocal after going to the dealership for issues such as light replacements and topping off oil, where I felt that I was probably getting charged way more than I should have been (which ended up being the case). In all instances, I was in and out of the shop in anywhere from 10 min to an hour (small jobs, but still great). I definitely recommend this place for your Audi & Porsche needs!
FYI, there’s are seats inside with coffee available for waiting… the shop is across the street from the DMV (kill two birds with one stone), and is walkable from some decent food.

Honest, professional and great customer service.
I took my car to a different place for break maintenance and the job was horrible. After reading the reviews about this place i decided to take the risk. I absolutely don’t regret it!
Max answered the phone and told me to stop by to check on the car. After meeting Jose (owner), Dante took a look at the car and explained me the problem. The other place had used after market pads, didn’t not install break sensors. Jose as well explained me that I can drive the car since it has new break pads. He just suggested to come back after 25k miles to change the breaks with original parts or before if I feel like doing it.
Enough? I got complementary car wash and wax.
Very attentive, very professional, honest. I am definitely coming back.

Honest, Skilled, Kind, Fair.
This shop is the one you are looking for. They found all my cars issues (timing belt, oil leak, breaks, filters, spark plugs, rear sensors, etc.) quickly and fixed them for a fair price. I’ve had a lot of mechanics… this shop set the standard and is my new permanent spot.
The fact that they only have a few garages and ONLY work with Audi/​Porsche automobiles should tell you enough. These are specialty cars, and this shop «specializes» in them. It’s as simple as that.
Special shout out to Johnny. Best customer relations I’ve ever experience. Cannot thank him enough. Somebody buy this guy a six pack.
