Specialties
At EnjoEat, fresh ingredients and passion for food production are our inspiration. We are a group of lifelong friends and our story begins in Ventoso, a small village of 800 people in the rolling hills of Italy’s Emilia-Romagna region. We grew up consuming and creating food from locally produced ingredients in the same tradition of our ancestors. We strive to maintain the legacy of hand-made seasonal and cultural specialties with our signature fresh pastas, sauces, cheeses, pastries and gelato, crafted daily in one of our four locations. We prepare authentic dishes that are not only appetizing but made with a commitment to sharing our treasured childhood memories, neighborhood customs and reverence for time spent with family and friends at the table. Enjoeat is part of Eatalian Group. Welcome to our Eatalian home away from home!
History
Established in 2010.
We came from Ventoso, a village of about 800 people in Italy’s Emilia-Romagna region. We grew up making food from the freshest ingredients available locally, such as our signature Tortelli di Zucca (Fresh Squash Ravioli) or our tagliatelle. At Eatalian Café, we strive to keep this «fresh» tradition — our pastas, pizza dough, sauces, gelato, bread, pastries, are all freshly made every morning. Our foods are not only fresh, but also full of passion, memory, tradition, and love.
Meet the Business Owner
Antonio Pellini P.
Business Owner
Antonio grew up in Ventoso, with his mom Carolina, locally famous for her amazing recipes for hand made pasta, tortellini, tortelli, fettuccine, tagliatelle … Very soon Antonio connected his love for socializing with his passion for cooking wonderful dishes and owned different restaurants in Emila Romagna, his region in the north of Italy.
In 2010 he «gambled», opening a restaurant in an industrial area… and, not only that, he transformed a warehouse into a restaurant — pizzeria!
From then, Eatalian Café’ has become the most popular restaurant among the Italian community always searching for authentic, fresh, signature real Italian dishes!
