Meet the Business Owner

Victor M.

Business Owner

Starting at the tender age of 8 years old, I learned to cook, carve up an entire side of beef, and even grind my own sausage. I was able to do this by using old traditional recipes so that my customers would feel like they were eating a home cooked meal made by their own Grandma and Grandpa of days gone by. I spent over 40 years working and serving right along side my father at Victor’s Meat and Deli.

Working side by side with my father and learning what it takes to really please people. Greeting them like family or an old friend as they walked through the door with their orders for a special occasion like a family gathering, the Holidays, or maybe just a quiet dinner for two.

I learned to pay attention to even the smallest of details to ensure that I feed not only the body, but the mind and soul as well — which I have found my customers have always appreciated, and they know I appreciate them as well.
