AAA Glass & Mirror

Happily used aaa glass and mirror for all the huge mirrors at my new salon location :). They always answered my calls and did a two day turn around installed and everything! Professional and responsive. Thanks guys!

I own an apartment building and have used them before, and they were great!!! Today, I called again and they came right out and fixed two broken windows before I could turn around!
Tel was the repairman and he was very polite and very quick!!! I couldn’t say enough about him or the owner, Sheriff. I called them, they came right out and fixed the two windows PDQ. What more can you ask for??? And, their prices were reasonable too! Call them if you want great service and a polite repairman! Thumbs up!!!

Excellent service. Called Sharif today for my office door which is a large glass commercial door that was getting jammed and difficult to open. Within 1 hour the service technician was in my lobby evaluating the door and explained to me what needed to be done to correct the problem. I was expecting a follow up appointment to fix the door, but to my surprise all the parts and items needed were with him in the truck. He removed the old parts that were damaged and replaced them immediately. Everything was completed cleanly and professionally. Also they did not interfere with my normal workflow as my clients were able to come in and out of the office without a problem. Thank you aaa glass.

Thank you, Sharif, for your flexibility, professionalism and helpfulness (never seemed put off by me changing my mind, even AFTER he’d already installed the mirror and had to return to move it/​reinstall). I had a perfect experience with this company which leads me to believe the negative reviews are by competitors. I ordered desk glass for two desks. I called and spoke with Sharif who came out the next day within a two hour time frame. When I called the next day to shorten the time frame it was no problem and Sharif showed up right on time, gave me his card, and dealt with me professionally. He took the measurements, did not waste time, and told me I would get a call within a few days for delivery. True to his word, Sharif called me a few days later and said the glass was done. I asked if he could come over the same day and he was there in 20 minutes. He cleaned and installed the glass carefully and the measurement was perfect. I could not have asked for a better experience. Sharif is a true gentleman. I will use this company again and recommend you do as well.

If I could leave negative stars I would. I called to schedule an appointment for custom glass I needed, my appt was between 2−3pm no show no call. I drove an hour from my office to be there for the window of time they picked to schedule. This company is very disrespectful to your time why in the world would you trust to hire them. Call someone else they are highly unprofessional. Stay away from this place of business

I was absolutely amazed by the service provided by AAA Glass, the owner Sherif was so great in all his efforts. He came and took all the measurements needed for my new mirror installations and promised me that he would have everything ready to be installed the next morning. As promised he showed up first thing in the morning with 2 of his employees and had the job done within a few hours. He was so helpful with his insight on what he recommended and was also so friendly. Have to say I was really impressed with the quality of work along with the pricing, definitely recommend this company and will be using them again for any future work I need done.

I agree with Anna P. I called them several times only to get voice mail all day long. Then I was told to talk to Sherif who said he would come out for an estimate. Not only was he rude, but was late and had no respect for my time. I just needed some mirrors installed in my living room and they didn’t care one bit. After reading all the reviews that confirm my same experience I am surprised that I just didn’t check Unilocal first. Had I done that I would not have even called them in the first place. The owner, Sherif, is the rudest person who doesn’t care about his customers or anyone for that matter. Who has a business who doesn’t pick up the phone all day? And his prices were ridiculous. Yes, he is a crook who only cares about himself once he gets your money. And for the record, the review by Sherif is distasteful as he is writing a positive review about HIMSELF!!! Probably the only good one he will ever get. Maybe he should look in the mirror. No pun intended.

Absolutely unprofessional crooks!
They are late, they come in-​break things in the apartment-​NEVER reimburse for it, do the job badly, have NO sense of time, leave-​come back in 3 hours. I have NO IDEA HOW THEY GET BUSINESS WITH SUCH INCREDIBLY AWFUL QUALITY OF SERVICE LET ALONE CUSTOMER SERVICE (Don’t think by getting to talk to the owner you will get your problem fixed-​he is the one who could care less about you, or your problem, or any issues his staff caused). One of the two guys who came to install the mirrors was so, excuse my language ‘ghetto’, that I was afraid to leave him alone in the room, I cannot believe I got myself into working with this so-​called company.

Bathroom remodel in a loft in Downtown. Frameless enclosed glass steam shower. They did a great job and were professional. Work was done quick. I have no complaints. Price was comparable to other vendors.

walked in to get an identical piece made of the one I brought: square with 4 holes. it was certainly not cheap but what really annoyed me was the kid who had absolutely no interest in his job. everything had to be talked about three times so it took forever. he also didn’t call me when the piece was done as promises (that, I guess, we didn’t talk about three times, hahaha)…anyway, I just love people who love what they’re doing because they’re just better at it…

Beware!!! Once they get your money, you are VERY low on their priority list. The owner came to my house and gave me an estimate, I agreed to it after we went over every detail. I told him I was looking for his expertise, as I hadnt done this type of mirror work before. He told me he understood and would do a great job. We agreed to the amount and he promised me (after taking all the measurements) that it would be a one-​day job.
On the day of the job, 2 unknown men showed up. The owner had PROMISED me he would be there to do the work, but never showed up and NEVER answered the phone. I had to walk these 2 new guys through the whole job — they had no idea of what they were expected to do and — get this — HAD NO MIRRORS! They told me they had to measure and their boss was on the way with the mirrors and it would be all good. They took ALL DAY just measuring! At the end of the day, I finally got a hold of the owner who claimed that something came up but he would be there the next day — promised again. The next day, 2 NEW workers showed up and said the guys the previous day were fired and they never got their measurements and they would need to measure again… This story goes on and on. took over 2 months to barely get it right and the mirrors cracked! Let me spare you all the icky details– the owner is a crook.
They ended up using horribly cheap materials that broke right away and claimed that all along they told me I was putting the mirrors in a pressure spot that was susceptible to breaking. I was NEVER told this. I met with other contractors who were horrified at the whole story…
DO NOT USE THEM!
