After much frustration, trying to build window screen frames that didn’t bow or bend, while using Home Depot’s or Lowes frame kits with Suntex 90 window screen, but being unable to because there frames are too flimsy. I searched online & found Roy’s Screen Service and Roger. I had Roger build 9 frames for me, they are HEAVY DUTY (no bowing or bending). Roger was very fast & his price was super reasonable. I will be having more screens made by Roger. If you need screens, don’t build them yourself, call Roger.

I called Roy to replace a rusty, worn out screen door. He returned my call very quickly and gave me the rundown on how he would come by my condo, measure the screen door, and call me back with a quoted price. Once we agreed on a install date, he arrived about 20 minutes early (which was super great since I have to drive a ways to get to work) and he proceeded to quickly and expertly install the screen door in about 40 minutes or so. He’s a really nice guy, answered all my questions, and swept up after himself when he finished. My new screen door looks fantastic, fits perfectly, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with his work! An incredible job. Two large sliding screen doors leading out to our backyard needed to be replaced. We have family that visits from San Diego and they come with three dogs. The dogs had badly ripped one of the screens with many holes trying to get out. I called Roy’s Screen Service as they had the top rating on Unilocal.Roger who owns the company came out and suggested we put in a doggie door in the corner area of one screen and we upgraded to a better screen material. I was on a business when he came out and did the work. My wife said it looked great. When I got back, I was above being just satisfied. I was amazed that everything turned out so well. Truly Roger is a craftsman who takes pride in what he does. I highly recommend him. And I can’t wait until Christmas to see the dogs reaction when they visit again.

This guy was incredible!!! He was in the house, set up all of the screens in record time. Clean, efficient, wonderfully patient. The price was very reasonable. Everything was a one stop shop. He came to my house, had his truck parked in my back parking. Amazing!!! Was in and out in record time!!! Who knew they even had this service!!!

I contacted Roy to replace the screen on a large door. He responded immediately, asked me to send him a photo, then gave me a quote. The price was very reasonable and he was able to schedule for the following week so I booked it.
Two days prior, he called to confirm our appointment. Today he arrived exactly on time, was super polite, friendly, professional. The price was exactly what he quoted, he finished the work quickly but perfectly. The door looks as good as new. He even gave me some advice on another door that needs work. Hugely helpful and professional. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Roy.

Roger was great! He came to my house in his mobile truck and built a new sliding screen door and a window screen in about an hour. He responded quickly to my calls, always within an hour or so, had lots of available times, and he showed up right at the minute of when the appointment was. He was very polite and professional, and didn’t leave a mess or anything. He even helped clean out the track which had a lot of built-​up dirt in it I couldn’t vacuum out. I’m a happy customer and will definitely call again if I need more screen repairs.

Very professional, thorough, reasonably priced and honest! Roger was quick to return my call and provide an estimate. He replaced two window screens and repaired a sliding door. I thought I needed to replace my entire sliding screen door, but upon Roger’s review he saw that my screen was in good condition and that I only needed to repair the rubber seal, which he did on the spot. He completed the work quickly and efficiently. I would use his services again and would highly recommend him to others.

They did an excellent job installing a screen door and two new window screens. They responded to my request the same day and came a couple days later when it was convenient for me. Roger was prompt and completed the job in about an hour. The quality of the products seems very good. Just a heads-​up, their website says they take credit cards, but they apparently don’t anymore, so that was a bit of confusion. Other than that, excellent service.

My grand-​dog raced through my new screen door, to her surprise and my dismay. Fortunately she wasn’t hurt, but the screening was kaput. After checking Unilocal,I called Roy’s and got a straightforward quote from Roger. He accommodated my schedule and was here exactly on time and with the right tools and materials. He set up his table in front of the house, efficiently measured and cut (on his recommendation I got a sturdier «pet screen»), and neatly installed the screen into the frame. The whole process took maybe 30 minutes. I paid with a check and he was on his way. A perfect transaction! Thank you, Roger.

Roger was very prompt and returned my call within minutes. He was very honest with what I did and didn’t need. He made me a custom size screen and delivered it two days later. He’s now making me a doggy door that he will install in the screen door. I am extremely happy and highly recommend using him. I couldn’t be more pleased:)
