History

Established in 2015.

Crested Butte’s newest cocktail bar joins the old historic district on Elk Avenue! We bring together the talents of master mixologist Kyle Anderson and award-​winning chef Kate Ladoulis.

The bartender was extremely enthusiastic on the cocktails which my BF and I always enjoy ;) Fancy atmosphere, not overly crowded on a Friday night (which we love!) even though it could be related that it’s Super Bowl weekend and the out of towners are not here lol My BF didn’t like the Bison burger that much but I enjoyed the pappardelle pasta (vegetarian!). We tried different gin & tonic drinks and they were fantastic.
UPDATE: my BF and I felt really bad last night, seems like we got food poising :(

This place is amazing. We wanted to try it out given it’s a new place. I love that it’s all local Colorado stuff and taste amazing. We had basic dirty martinis but ended the night with a hot toddy, and it was the best! For food we had meatballs, Brisket, and Beef tartar. They were all top notch! Overall, this place got it right, top notch service, great drinks, good music/​atmosphere, and amazing food!

The drinks, food, music and atmosphere are all on point. This is a truly a great place to spend an evening in Crested Butte. The Sazerac is my favorite, followed by the Not-​so Old Fashioned. If you are looking for a taste of Colorado this is your best bet.
