Advanced TV repair is a scam company. The supposed technician that came to my home did not assess the problem with my tv, nor did he have the skill. All they did was take my tv a $ 150 fee for pick up and return. $ 75 goes toward repair. Over the course of one week from pick up, every time I called they did not know if the had my tv and lied about my tv being tested for problems.

They picked two of my TV’s for a $ 25 fee which was reasonable. A week later I called and they still had not analyzed or diagnosed the problem. They hadn’t even looked at them yet and said it probably needed a new circuit board. Probably? Over 3 weeks later they still had not called so I did and they said one TV was ready but they could not locate a part for the second TV. When were they planning on letting me know? Do they know what its like to go more than 6 weeks without a TV!?? I will definitely not use them in the future. I still do not have the second TV but if they don’t locate a part they can keep it.
