History

Established in 2003.

Tigris Computing was officially founded in 2007 by Harvey Degree II, while he attended Appalachian State University. Since then, it has developed a very strong Information Technology foundation right here in the Charlotte/​Kings Mountain, and Gastonia area. Tigris Computing focuses on the individual, and providing them a rich computing experience that is unique to them.

Business Owner

Harvey has been working with computers ever since he was able to sit in his Father’s lap. He was born in raised in Shelby, NC., to a very technologically-​oriented family. He grow up working with computers along his Father’s side and began to develop a very strong interest in the computing industry. Harvey has attended Appalachian State University, as well as DeVry University, where he acquired a Bachelors of Science Degree in Computer Information Systems. Harvey has several years experience in customer service, field service, phone support, networking, computer forensics, and more. Harvey manages two IT civilian occupations, an IT military occupation, as well as manages the operations of Tigris Computing. Harvey has a very strong passion for enriching other’s lives through optimum computing.
