This company was sent by my roadside assistance for their towing service. When I checked on my car the next day to ensure it had been delivered to my mechanic, there was damage. When they were contacted, they felt they were not responsible for the repair cost. I feel my car should’ve been returned to me in the same condition that I gave it to them, especially now that the repair bill is over $ 800! I had to file a collision claim with my insurance company, I hope they go after him in court and make him pay. Definitely not recommended in the Gastonia, NC area.

Mr. Helton is the most honest, dependable mechanic I’ve ever had. I met him when he was the ONLY towing company available to come help me when everyone else seemed to be shut down for a holiday. When he heard that my car wasn’t working and that I was told it needed a new transmission he said, «Be careful. You should let me check it out first. You might be getting scammed.» Sure enough, he checked it out and I only needed a $ 50 part. He saved me thousands of dollars. I take my car all the way from Ballantyne to Gastonia now for him to work on my car when it needs work because I know he won’t take advantage of me and he does excellent work.
