Update: We brought the car back in and they fixed the headlamp issue for no additional charge. Thank you for taking care of your customers.
So on 12÷28÷15 I brought my 2006 Ford Focus in for an oil change and asked to have the headlamps replaced as well as they were starting to go a little dim. Well, the oil change went fine but the mechanic accidentally broke the headlamp socket when attempting to remove the passenger-​side headlamp. The mechanic said the fixture was already broken and it just broke the rest of the way when removing the bulb — I have no way of knowing whether this was the case or not. In any case, they did not offer to have it repaired and I am now looking at a $ 500 repair from the dealership.

This Jiffy Lube should be ashamed of itself. I pulled in wanting a regular oil change something I always pay 29.00 –39.00 dollars for depending if I have my coupon that gets emailed to me. Well I pull in and the young kid tells me an oil change is $ 75.00 I said that was crazy. I said I had a coupon and he told me it would be $ 54.00. There are places on nearly every corner offering oil changes at a decent price. I left and went to jiffy lube in auburn. Price there $ 29.00 and a great group of guys taking care of your car. I will never come to this jiffy lube again. When I told the kid I was leaving he thought it was funny and had a smart attitude.

They didn’t drain the oil out of my car before filling it a second time. I had to have it towed to the dealership for repairs. It’s been a few months and I still haven’t gotten a refund for the rental car. They did at least pay for the car repair.

Expedient service, friendly & courteous.
I showed up to this place covered in paint as I’d been helping my parents with their house, I’m sure I looked exhausted since I was. Usually I wear a button up & tie, I typically get treated with a lot of formalities & a measure of respect based on that aesthetic appearance which seems very superficial to me. In this place I received the sort of respect & courtesy I only see when I’m wearing a 3 piece suit, except it seemed genuine & sincere. Not only that but I asked for an estimate on how long an oil change would take & they were done before that much time had gone by. I was very happy with the experience, everybody was friendly, offered coffee & water & all ofit made a world of difference for me.

Bring a book, tablet, magazine or 2… you will be waiting!
It was pretty quiet… Everyone keeps to themselves, and mostly the customers just look annoyed. Not that anyone can help it. It is a Saturday in SUBURBIA.
Jiffy Lube does that they can.
However, I would have someone check the restroom at least once every 2 – 3 hours… It was a mess. I know there are a million cars, but it makes the customers less annoyed where there is a clean restroom.

I usually don’t write any reviews about places, but this place in particular definitely deserves a positive one. I brought in my Toyota Camry today & right when I pulled up I was given a warm welcome with an informative and helpful quote for oil change without automatically convincing me for pricier service. Al though most of their services are actually affordable! Then I was taken to a comfortable waiting room with AC it was 90 degrees today), cold water to drink, & a clean restroom to use. I was told it would only take 15−20mins. And 20 minutes later my car was all done and I was given all information about what was done and checked out leaving happy as the entire staff wished me a good day. I would highly recommend this place and I will now continue going to particular location (:

Great service here. We got there and got out in probably 20 minutes for an oil change. The guys who work here are super nice and even vacuum out your car, top off your tires, etc. We found a bottle cap in the backseat that definitely wasn’t ours, but… Whatever. Very nice and they do their job well, unlike the Kent location. Will return!

Always take my car here for an oil change and they are quick and always seem to have good deals on the price. They are very friendly, quick and attentive! They also don’t lie to you about car problems like some places do to try to take your money.

I have used this particular location many times for both of our cars and usually have been satisfied. The manager even offered us deals or offered free upgrades for synthetic oil etc.
However today was a totally different experience. Wife went in with a coupon which she was told they couldn’t honor. 73 f… ing dollars for a oil change is ridiculous even if it was for a synthetic blend. I feel like
they bent her over and totally took advantage of her.
Make sure you know what your getting before you get suckered.

My engine was ticking! I did not know what was happening. Mike, Levi, Anthony and Josh helped me out, educated me and got me back on my way! I had neglected my vehicle and there was no judgment from them. Nor did they talk down to me… I SO appreciate that when dealing with my car! I will be back for sure!

XLNT Service ! I truly felt like I was saving money… James upgraded me to the full synthetic oil, gave me a $ 15 Mail on Rebate… and then matched the $ 15 instantly… net $ 30 off. James knew my name as I drove up (must have License Plate info in computer). I will definately return for my next oil change…

I went to get my oil changed today and when you pull up to the doors to get your oil changed they told me it would be about 20 minutes. It actually took 1 hour. By the way the person working behind the counter-​was persistantly trying to sale synthic oil to each customer. No one bought it-​just trying to sale something. Also a customer came in before me and brougt his own oil filter and the older cashier argueed with a customer about giving him a credit. Only after 5 minutes of talking the gu read more «y finally gave him 2 dollars off… A sign in a frame inside the waiting area says Fast, Friendly, and Informative. They were NOT FAST and NOT FRIENDLY. The Informitive part was only trying to make more money off of people that didn’t know they are getting ripped off!!! By the way the place has plastic covers to protect your seats from the dirty people working there. Seeing 8 cars go through while I waited not a single cover was placed on any seat…
