First I came in for tires. They hooked me up. Tires at a great price plus a $ 160.00 rebate for using my new Goodyear credit card at 6 months same as cash!
I did all the research and found the best tires for my car and they gave me the best deal I could find. Goodyear Assurance Comfortred Touring with an 80,000 mile warranty and super traction!
Then my car failed emissions. Bob the mechanic explained why I failed, what needed to be done to confirm, and gave me a worse case scenario, (Be prepaired for the worst, But hope for the best kind of thing) Mike gave me the price but said lets see how it looks when we get it appart. I was afraid of that, the check engine light had been on for to long. Then when I went to pick up the car the bill was less then I was expecting. Worse case was not the case!
I got my tabs and the light has been off ever since, and the gas mileage has improved!
And 6 months same as cash again!
(Bob is my new guy, It’s hard to find a mechanic you can trust)

I brought my SUV and a quote for brake services from Les Schwab. Tony was working the counter but said he’d do an inspection for comparison. He agreed with their diagnosis but did not feel comfortable using the low quality parts that they offered. He used high grade parts AND beat their price for me. I’ll trade the free popcorn for personable, top notch service Anytime! Big shout out to Christian for bringing me in: D

My Lincoln Town Car had a squealing sound and brake pulsing when going downhill or otherwise braking hard. They must have thought I was rich because of my car. I’m not. The car is a business — a glorified taxi. They told me I needed everything done to my brakes, including upgraded heavy duty discs. To protect my clients (passengers) I went ahead and did it all for $ 600. Afterwards, it was having the same issues. So, I gave it 6 weeks to see if worked out on its own. Then I came back to see what they had to say. They inspected it and told me I needed new brake pads, calipers, and discs. Either they lied the first time about replacing everything or they lied the second time about me needing all new parts. I would ask your cousin to do the work before going to these jokers. I’d be afraid of someone getting hurt due to their carelessness.

I brought my car in to get a flat fixed. We were one day away from getting a new car and did not want to buy new tires. I also had a limited amount of time because I needed to pick up my 4 year old from school. They got me in quickly, fixed the flat and checked the other tires… FREE OF CHARGE! Everyone there was very friendly,.i will be back! Thanks for your great customer service.

We have had several different vehicles work done here and they always do a great job! Very fair price excellent work and nice folks to deal with.

I was able to purchase 4 GOOD Goodyear tires, wipers, a battery, alignment, + labor, and + tax for about $ 1000. My Nissan dealer wanted $ 640 for JUST 4 OK tires, not including tax… Gus and Mike answered all of my questions and helped me out.

I need some work done so i went to close place, they told me how much it was, and pointed out what i could do now, everything was printed out, so they’re were no surprises, the place even had a play place for my 10 year daugther to color and watch her cartoons, the guy even had some candy for her too at the end.

I’ve used this auto repair center on a couple of occasions.
First occasion my mother-in-law’s car needed some service. Rather than repair it at the dealer, we had this shop work on the issue. They completed the job quickly and at a much cheaper price point. They also noted some possible issues in the future that may need to be serviced. Mostly they informed us of issues I was aware of because I had the vehicle previously inspected at a dealer, but it is good to know they are honest, and their findings matched what an inspection report noted.
On my second occasion, I had them replace a pair of leaky oil lines on my Suburban.
I would give them an additional star, but I’m very particular about my auto mechanics. So far they have been great in dealing with known issues, but I have not used them when there was a problem where I did not the issue before hand. Not their fault, I just haven’t had an opportunity yet to use their service for repair with an unknown issue.
The person at the counter was very friendly, and a few weeks later I received a follow up call, just out of the blue to see if everything was ok with my vehicle.
I recommend this shop for your domestic car needs.
