Mercury Termite & Pest Control

Definitely recommend Mercury Termite & Pest Control. Dan is very thorough and does a nice job explaining exactly what is needed to properly solve your problem. We have had many exterior pest control treatments for ants, spiders, etc and a great job is always done by the crew. We had our home fumigated (tent) for termites. Process was pleasant and easy. We will never use another company. Mercury is a small family owned business which we prefer when looking for a contractor. Mercury Termite is the best company in the San Gabriel Valley for sure.

Definitely wouldnt recommend this company. Performed an inspection after i was in a bind to close on a house sale. If i wasnt i would have cancelled after Dan was confused of what i wanted done. They said they cleaned but was a lousy job that actually delayed the closing of my sale since the VA requires zero paint chips on the ground but yet a small bucket was seen. Too much detail to list more but stay away. Either that or get everything in writing so Dan and Vicky know what you want.

Unfortunately I had to spend over seven hundred dollars to have someone place traps that they sell at your local walmart or home depot for 5 bucks… and after a 6 months or so we still have the same problem .I live in the hills and it seems that there are ares in our home that need to be screened off. although I was assured that with those preventative measure taken my problem would be eliminated. It’s not and after spending a lot of money I’m at the place I started when I called for help in the first place. They are a business that I would never recommend to anyone else to use if they are seeking to Get rid of rodent’s I have to add that they threatened to use the credit card on file to be charged without my permission so that they could be paid. I think that is definitely not the way to handle customers or finances. You can’t just charge a clients card that is illegal and by law that company is supposed to have disposed of the credit card information within 24 hours of it being used.
I wish I would have just sent my husband to the store to buy and set the traps. would have saved enough money for my kid’s school tuition. NOT WORTH THE MONEY! GO SOMEWHERE THEY HAVE A GUARANTEE!
