TOTAL SCAM! Do not trust at all. The website advertises a low market value for their service, but then the service guy charged me by far more than advertised. He also began to give me a discount based on my religious preference, which is subject to the company being sued. Again, the website is full od false advertising. Also, it appears that they are not even a credible company. Do not use because they are a complete scam.

Way over priced! They tried to charge me $ 220 to open a door lock and when I explained that I could not afford this after they had quoted me only $ 19 they proceeded to charge me $ 55 for a cancellation fee! The dispatcher was so rude and their cancellation fee is extremely over priced. never again using this locksmith!

WHOA! Good luck getting a question out of the kid working there. She has a script and cannot go past one sentence. She talked over me in a louder voice repeating the same sentence. She clearly did not want to be bothered. Really BAD customer service. She was laughing as if she were high. She yelled into the phone with put downs, giggled and hung up the phone. RUDE particularly when help is needed.
I called back hoping to get a different more mature person who would answer. She giggled, yelled over me, laughed and hung up the phone. Maybe it’s the summer ‘help’

Started off really well with a good attitude and prompt visit. The commercial door lock mechanism ended up breaking as he was working on the frame, I told him to do what was needed to repair it and signed off on the additional charges.
Fast forward work is done and everything seems ok so I get him a check. Next day I get calls from employees saying their keys won’t open the door so they can’t get in through the door he worked on. I haven’t had this problem before so I told the receptionist to call Eric and have him back out to fix it. Over the phone he told her that it isn’t related and if he comes back out he’s going to charge us for it.
I don’t understand how one can replace the locking mechanism and claim that when the key doesn’t open the door its not related when it worked years before the replacement?
I’m not an expert but it didn’t seem right so I had Chino Lock out and they said that the mechanism wasn’t lined up right with something, they realigned it, no new parts needed and it’s been working ever since. I think it costed me a $ 50 visit fee or something. Sorry Eric, if I had to have another contractor out to fix your work – that’s a low rating in my book.

I bought a house that had a sliding glass door in back that had a key lock, but I didn’t get a key for it! There was also another sliding glass door with no keyhole, so it could only be locked/​unlocked from the inside. I needed a new key for the first one, and a lock cylinder added to the second one, so I could enter AND exit from both doors.
I called Eric and he was courteous, prompt, and professional. When I described what I needed he gave me very reasonable quotes over the phone, and we set up an appointment.
When he came to do the work he was on time (in fact, he called to see if it was ok to come a little early!), friendly, and did the work quickly and accurately. He even made a quick trip back to his warehouse to get just the right matching part for my white sliding door — he returned right away and finished the job.
He double-​checked everything to make sure it all worked perfectly, cleaned everything, and gave me an EXCELLENT price. I would definitely use King Locksmith again, and will recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

I called Eric base on Unilocal 5 stars review to unlock one of my door and did not get disappointed at all. He was right on time and very energetic and friendly! He was very quick to unlock my door under 1 minutes and even go beyond by checking my front door without extra charge. The price is very reasonable. I needed a locksmith to come and re-​key our locks as well as add some deadbolts to the outer perimeter doors. I called Eric for a quote and he was very friendly, gave me great prices and when I told him I’d call back to confirm, he was still friendly (even though some others got impatient as if I’ve wasted their time!)
When I called back to confirm, he was as friendly as ever and we set up a time for him to come on a Saturday AM. He was on time and very quick to get started. All the doors and re-key’s were done quickly and smoothly.
So far, no problems with the doors and locks! Very happy with his service and prices. Will definitely recommend to local friends and family if they’re ever in need of a locksmith.

Man the best service ever!!! We just purchase a new home and needed the locks to be re-​keyed. Eric came out and did an amazing job. The front door had some issues, but he was able to recondition it and it now work smooth as silk. He was very professional and courteous. Also his prices were very reasonable. As Karen W. mentioned, the difference between King Locksmith and the «other guys» is like night and day. I called at least four other companies and was shocked to discover that most showed little to no interest in the job (changing locks for my business — $ 100 job) and without exception, they were all very impolite on the phone, which surprised me most. I was left with the impression that these guys must have unlocked the secret – pun intended – to running a business without any type of customer care or common courtesy. It never ceases to amaze me how rude some people can be and how the heck they stay in business, but enough about the other guys.
Fortunately, Eric from King Locksmith welcomed my business and we were able to set-​up a time for him to come out and switch out locks this morning. I had a last-​minute change in plans, so we needed to reschedule the appointment, but Eric was very flexible to work with the new time. He was extremely polite & professional, and carefully explained the service and fees involved (prior to the visit and after inspecting on-​site). The service is excellent and the fees are reasonable. I highly recommend King Locksmith to those who want to work with professionals.

I called another locksmith (who I didn’t use) before I called King Locksmith. The difference was like night and day. I needed all the locks in the house changed, including one that needed a new lock entirely and another that needed a door knob. The first guy I called seemed to want me to provide the lock and door knob and gave one word answers to my questions. He also answered the phone with «Hello.» That’s it. No business name or anything.
When I called King Locksmith and spoke to Eric, it was obvious I was dealing with a true professional. He carefully explained his rates and indicated that he has multiple different locks and knobs on his truck. The day of the appointment, he called before he came over and asked what color my front door lock was just to make sure he had the right selection on his truck.
When he first got there, he walked through everything with me and looked at each lock, explaining the options and helping me select the best one. My main concern was security and Eric knew his stuff.
He was professional, polite and very knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to use him again or recommend him to others.

I’m the type of person who wants things to be efficient with no fuss. Eric did that for me. His mobile locksmith business helps me save money. There’s no additional charges like one place I called. One place gave me about 4 or 5 different prices for several things — service + parts + etc. Why complicated things? He showed up on time and got the job done once he filled us in with his knowledge of what we possibly need and what we didn’t think about for the office we just got. We re-​keyed the front door and got a padlock for the back with three sets of keys ($ 1.50 for a key after two free keys for each set). Overall, just a little over 100. Highly recommended.
