Old Town Donuts

I say that these donuts here are probably pretty average, but good. Places like these, if they don’t stand out to me like Strange Donuts or Vincent Van Donuts, I prefer Dunkin Donuts because I know they will have what I am looking for and they are above par.

Just visited for the first time and we will definitely be back! The selection of donuts is amazing (too many to choose from-we’ll have to come back soon!!) and they are delicious! The service was excellent and we got waited on and checked out very quickly. Great first experience!

We were just walking around the shopping strip when BOOM, an amazing aroma stopped us in our tracks.
This place has the best chocolate long johns. Reminded me of this mom and pop bakery in my old hometown.
We tried the traditional and chocolate and plan to go back tomorrow to test out the Carmel.
Made our day to find the little treasure.

Had three different donuts here. Custard, jelly filled, and blueberry cake. All of which were amazing. You could tell they were fresh and the store feels welcoming inside. The donuts have great consistency and are moist not dry like some other donut places. I will be back again sometime.

Fabulous. Best donuts anywhere. Anywhere. Very polite service and a generous selection. Reasonable pricing. If you have not enjoyed one of their donuts, you ain’t living…

I read some of the reviews that were critical of the service, but everytime I have been there, the kids working there have been friendly & helpful, plus the donuts are good and they will make to order.
5 stars for Old Towne

Alright so I know that showing up to an establishment minutes before closing is a bitch but so was the girl working the counter at this place. They had 4 minutes till closing and I swear she saw our headlights and turned off the open sign. We walked to the door hoping maybe with a few minutes left they’d help one last customer. Nope she kept her head down and pretended that she didn’t see us try and open the door. Then as we started to walk away both her and the guy in the back looked right up at us. I know you want to get home but you’re on the clock and a little customer service goes a long way all though these people apparently don’t know what that is.

By far my fav spot to get donuts. I’ve only been here twice but both times I had fresh donuts. The first time was early morning the second was very late afternoon.

Absolute perfection !!! I have never had a bad doughnut here but I will say that their old fashioned is by far the beat doughnut ever. There is another place that was voted one of the best in the nation. I say NO WAY! I have been there just today as a matter of fact and they can’t compare to Old Town! Don’t worry about going anywhere else. This should be your one and only stop for doughnuts!

We are new to the St. Louis/​St. Charles area and this was the first donut shop we tried! My boys LOVE it here. They ask to visit every time they get out of school. They are very reasonably priced and their Monday special is a steal! So glad we found this gem!

This is a cool donut shop with great donuts. Went for a late night donut and was surprised it was fresh. Got the cake donut which was delicious, not too sweet and took a bite of my friends bacon caramel donut which was good but a bit too much.

I’m not a huge donut aficionado, mostly because I don’t like them tasting stale, and it’s difficult finding really good ones. But this place ROCKS THE DONUT WORLD!
We almost didn’t go in, because it was 7pm and they were still open, and we couldn’t imagine their donuts not being stale. Wow were we wrong! 7pm and the donuts were as fresh as they get, and TASTY, too! Their flavor of the day was lemon, and it was really good!
If you are looking for fresh, tasty donuts, this is the place!

Donuts are good, maybe great. However the workers seem to never want to be there. They are either rushing you out the door or just not friendly.

I give the donuts 5 out of 5 stars!
I give their service 2 out of 4 stars. They are always unhappy, never welcoming, or helpful for that matter. You should be able to explain the donuts of the day.

Delicious donuts!!! From the cream filled to the old fashioned to the custard (best custard I’ve had) to the blueberry and of course the original glazed and donut holes. This is by far the best donut shop that I have been to. We usually go just about every Sunday and we are never let down. They are consistent from week to week and we couldn’t ask for more. Great place if your looking for great donuts!

Good donuts. Massive Jelly donuts… Wish they were open 24 – 7 like the original one in Florissant though; but even White Castle in Cottleville is shut down by Midnight… Their donuts here are kinda heavy in comparison to other places, but still pretty decent, and they don’t skimp on the jelly filling.

These donuts taste really good. I got the bacon caramel donut, the glaze donut, and a chocolate long john. The bacon donut was pretty taste. Had a good combo of salty and sweet. The only reason I couldn’t give it 5 stars is bc they didn’t blow me out of the water. They were defiantly good donuts though. I will be back.

Just as good as the original!
Having lived down the street from the original Old Town Donuts in Florissant, I’ve been meaning to give the Cottleville location a chance. My work takes me to Saint Charles County quite often, and today Old Town Donuts was brought to me!
The office can get awfully stuffy. Hardly anyone interacts because we’re corralled in our separate offices. However, today one of the secretaries decided to give us all a treat with a little Old Town Donuts. Happy Wednesday to me!
She had brought a nice array of donuts, but I didn’t get too cute with my selection. I went with a simple glazed donuts, and I will sing the praises of the new OTD’s location! In fact, I will go as far to say that the donut I had this morning was better than anything I had on my last Florissant visit. It was thick, fluffy, and moist, and I just about fell over with joy while consuming it!
What else can I say? If you’re travelling in St. Chucks or strolling through Florissant, Old Town Donuts cannot be beat.

I have been eating at the Old Town in Florissant, MO For YEARS!!! They are my favorite donuts. I will continue to eat them long into my elderly life. My personal favorites are:
German Chocolate Cake Donuts
Apple Fritter/​Bear Claws (They are as big as your face)
Custard Filled Chocolate Donuts
A new addition is a Bacon Caramel Long John! It looked like divinity… with BACON!
Do yourself a favor, stop in and see what I am talking about. Simply delicious.
