Was hoping more out of Dunkin’ Donuts but they let me down time after time :/ Half of the time they are out of most donuts. The other half of the time they aren’t fresh at all. Kinda stale, hard and very dry. I’ve been here multiple times and each experience has been below average. They do have pretty good coffee though, that is always good. The rest of the stuff not so much. Maybe I’ll give them another shot and change my mind but they would have to really wow me.

What a company!!! My husband, Tim, 68 yrs old on hospice was talking with his hospice nurse, Stacey, about the great«klunkers» he ate as a young person. The precious nurse contacted Dunkin Donut at this site and the nurse spoke with Stacey who said they no longer have anything by that name. Stacey must have contacted her manager, Dimpal, who in turn contacted Keith Patel, Regional Midwest Manager. Keith apparently explored and even searched for the recipe but unable to locate. He did, however, contact Stacey, the hospice nurse, and said their would be a box of donuts waiting for Tim this morning at their site. And so… Stacey, the nurse, arrived with a box of donuts to Tim’s delight !

High prices– poor service Below avg. product. Got too corporate. Went to one in STL, mid easterners running it, got a stale donut and it was a buck. They have no clue what a good donut is. And now, they are rude to cops, are you kiddin me? Screw DD. won’t ever go, there. 1 star is too much

The donuts are nothing special. The service is quick. BUT the drive thru workers are not the brightest or nicest. I have been there three times since they opened and the guy only knew how to give the change that the register told him to give. So if you gave him exact change with a large bill he would short you. The gal I had today was snippy with her answers. Heaven forbid I ask if they had pumpkin muffins.

Been a couple times now. Never been inside. All I can say is the drive thru service is friendly, fast, lines move quick. The speaker clarity is money, as in I can hear them, they can hear me well. Donuts are pretty fresh tasting and very soft. I think they put the icing on literally before giving it to you. I think they have better iced coffees than any other fast food coffee spot, that includes Starbucks weak crap. You can actually taste the coffee, it’s not all milk and sugar. They have 99¢ happy hour for any size coffee, iced, and hot or cold teas. Can’t remember the times though! Starts around 3 or 4ish. Decent value regardless.

I was really impressed with this location one Friday morning when I stopped to get doughnuts for the girls at work. They were quick and friendly AND let me tell you that cookie doughnut they had was heaven on earth. My thighs said thank you too! ;) I will be back soon!

Went to Dunkin’ Donuts today to try it out. This location just opened within the last few days. So I thought I’d try it out. They are fast and reasonably priced. Donuts are a bit on the small side, compared to other donut places in the area. Coffee is good. Overall, it’s a chain so everything is set in stone. This means I don’t feel like I can give it a high rating. I also can’t give it a low one either. Will get coffee from here again soon.
