Came here to change my oil and I was stressed at the beginning because I didn’t know how much it was going to be but Doug Betzer helped me out and gave me a fair price. On top of that he also noticed my tire pressure sensor light was on and took care of that too. It’s hard to to find a trustworthy repair shop, and because of Doug Im definitely going back !!

Kudos to gabby and his crew, a great team that’s gets it done fast and done right the first time. We fired pep boys and now take all of cars to them an will do so from now on. Finally ! honest straight forward service!

Came in for a flat tire today and they treated me very well. Very professional and friendly staff. Took care of me and my car.

So it was a few minutes past 7 and we had all of kids (3 of them) 6 & under on a way back from a full day and I heard a noise coming from our front right tire. A huge metal screw was stuck in the center of our tire and we were about 60 miles from home. We had no idea where to go and happened to see the bay’s still open and prayed we would find help. Lucky us because the owner happened to be finishing up after a long day & was ever so kind to help this family out. He took care of us quickly and even though we could see how exhausted his day had been he took the time to be kind to us. Thanks a bunch! We would totally come back here for any services just because of the great service we received.

Staff is helpful, friendly, honest and great time management! One stop car shop!!! I had my oil, alignment, four tires changed and windshield wipers hanged for a steal of a deal.

Needed to have a valve fixed on my tire and the service was great. In and out fast! Highly recommend.

Got a flat tire and was looking for a place to repair it and found Tire & Service Solutions on Unilocal.Went there and they fixed the tire immediately and quickly. They were very professional and courteous. I’m definitely going to take my car there next time I need tires.

They gave me the cheapest price at $ 90!
They are giving this disabled lady a discount as we speak.

Really felt confident that Josh and the mechanics there took care of my car and went beyond what was expected. As I dropped my truck off for an oil change, I mentioned that a light was appearing on my dash indicating an issue with my brakes. When I came to pick up the truck Josh said that the sensor was not making a good contact in the master cylinder and that it was simply adjusted, free of charge. Always great to see that kind of service when they easily could have told me to get new brakes, new master cylinder, etc. will be coming back here from now on.

Nice people but they put two new tires on the rear of my vehicle and upon getting home could see that the tires they put on, albeit the right size, were different load and speed ratings than the tires they replaced or the other two tires (originals) that were still on the car. After research from the auto dealer and helpful information from the owner at Tire & Full Service, realized this issue was not as big a deal as I made it out to be initially. The people here were very nice and extremely knowledgeable.

Truck needed tires. took them less then 2 hrs from start to finish. Got 4 new tires with balancing. thats fast and impressive. They where very polite and knowledgeable on what needed to be done. a few months later now and the truck drives very smooth. Thanks everyone that work there that made this happen for me.

Latest visit was extremely disappointing. Probably will not come back again and I do NOT recommend this place anymore.

Had an issue with my dunlop tires called the manufacturer who agreed to do a warranty customer accommodation.. They directed me to this shop and gave me a claim number. The idiot at the shop refused to call telling me my tires didn’t have warranty. I explained to him 4 times that dunlop had already agreed to do something and they just wanted a shop to look at them and call in and very the situation. it ended when he thru his hands in the air and yelled so give me a number to call. I walked out and went to another shop… they need to get people in there who understand how to help a customer and have people skills.

My car needed some new shoes and this shop is close by so I gave it a go. Doug helped me out and took great care of me. Great experience, I will return to them in the future for tires/​servicing etc…
The pricing was certainly fair, customer service was fantastic and they got the job same day!!!
Not much else to say, I am a very satisfied customer. Nice having good car people in the neighborhood. I was treated as if I drove up in my Maserati, Doug even offered me a ride home instead of waiting for the car to be done.

Really knowledgable! They don’t BS you into spending money you don’t have! I needed a tire repair and walked in on a Saturday AM and I was in and out in an hour! Will be back in a few months when I need to replace that tire!

I’m going to assume their work is good, however I showed up late Saturday afternoon, and they were understaffed, and they had a difficult time getting to me. They guy was complaining about his computer being slow. I told them I’d come back on Monday.
Monday I arrive at 7:15, and nobody was there. This is now the second negative review on Unilocal about their posted hours being wrong. Jezz.
I went somewhere else, and will not be back.
Guys, you need to get the basics right.

Stopped by to get my tires checked out. Doug did a great job. Professional and courteous, he really helped me out. Recommend to EVERYONE!

Wow — twice I have had needed a patch and twice these guys came to the rescue! Today my dealership wanted to charge me almost $ 200 to replace a tire that simply needed a patch. Brought it here and Doug patched it up and sent me on my way. I wouldn’t tell my family or friends to go anywhere else for new tires or for tire service. They are family owned and it shows! Thanks Doug & the team!

These guys have saved my butt twice now. Could not be more appreciative! They do whatever they can to accommodate my situation.
First time, I needed a flat tire replaced and I needed it first thing in the morning. Of course I have an odd size tire which they had in their warehouse. They sent one of their guys early to get the tire and had it all ready to go when I showed up early the next morning. I was out of there quickly and for way less than what other places were quoting me!
Second time, I had another flat tire, but the tire didn’t seem to have anything wrong with it. I called them 15 minutes before they closed and was about 20 minutes away. They still told me to come in and they would look at the tire. Ended up just being a bent rim and a broke air valve. They fixed and replaced it right then and did it all for free (and after hours)! Saved me from having to go in early before work!
Really nice staff, and quick service.

To all those who are potentially thinking of coming here, PLEASE DO!!! Today I was fortunate to work with Doug and Josh. ASK for them! I was so appreciative for the service they provided, that I have created Unilocal.I should have made one years ago since I’m always Unilocaling before I go places lol. Anyway, I don’t know much about cars and instead of taking advantage of my lack of mechanic knowledge, they assisted me and explained in detail with what was wrong with my poor little (baby) vehicle. I will definitely be coming back this summer to get ALL my auto services done here. Plus, they are a lot cheaper!!! If this Unilocal review happens to be read by corporate or any manager, I would like to thank these 2 men for assisting me. They are GREAT!

Sad to say but their business hours are not what posted on their website, store front and Unilocal page.
Their doors open at 7 but they don’t conduct business until 8 am.
I showed up at 710am. Spoke to a really nice guy in the office but he said they didn’t start working until 8 am.
I ended up going somewhere else down the street which was open and working!

I just bought a new 2003 volvo s40 and came in for an oil change as there sign said «$ 20 oil change» After i received the bill it was $ 38 for the oil change. They said I needed an extra quart of oil that wasn’t covered in this special deal all over there window. They knew the amount needed before installation but didnt tell me. Chalk up as a loss and $ 40 conventional oil change. they used 5 – 30 when volvo enthusiast know 5 – 40 is recommended as the turbo needs high temp help. Bill wasn’t friendly and had a sense of over empowerment and distraction tactics to try to confuse. Poorly hand written estimate is non-​legible. The tech inside the actual shop were cool (reason for 2 star rating). Knowledgeable and friendly but not maybe to the C1 platform which is fairly common.
This shop diagnosed my oil leak as a head gasket leak, a rack and pinion leak and a valve cover leak to the tune of $ 1800. Upon my own thorough inspection and some help from Volvo related forums i found the real culprit. A .50 cent seal needed at the lower turbo oil feed. A very common problem for ford focus, volvo, mazda protégé (C1 platform). I did the job in an hour with hand tools, cleaned the engine bay and no leaks forward.
Bill the service tech was short and abrasive if i questioned anything on his prices/​estimate.
No need to go back here for me. Note to the company: looking people in the eye and being compassionate towards your customer is important.

I cannot believe how unprofessional the business service is here! I purchased a groupon deal which was supposed to include s bunch of services, in November 2014. I called this location many
Times tellin them I had a Groupon punch card and needed to make an appointment. Due to work and transportation circumstances, I had to reschedule 2 times. No one said anything about how they no longer accepted these punch cards due to. Fraud and the only thing they could do the only thing they could do is issue a refund So after I went down there and wasted gas money and my time calling I was informed that not only do I need to request a refund but I would also personally have to go to the post office and send the card back myself I explain how much time has been wasted and of mine and they did nothing to help me with my situation. If they stopped accepting the cards in October they shouldn’t have sold them in November. That is a major error! I believe that I deserve compensation from this company not only for my time but also because it was their own lack of common sense that they produced these cheap cards that could easily be copied instead of having mobile coupons you can redeem on group on. I’m learning from their mistake more than they are, it seems. Lesson learned: I’ll never come here for service again!

Easiest decision I have ever had to make. Great service… Better price. Beats every other shop in Costa Mesa /​Newport. Ask for Brandin.

I’ve been here 2 times now. On the first visit I took my jeep in for a oil change. I explained to the guy at the counter that I was on a bit of a time crunch and they took care of me so quickly and even refilled my windshield fluid.
Today I found a huge screw in my rear tire and they took care of it and the owner was kind enough not to charge. They are all very nice and have found a new loyal customer for sure!

Came here to get my oil changed. Sitting in the room waiting for my car I witnessed the owner be so completely rude to a woman customer. I could not believe it. She was inquiring about something and I heard both sides of it unfold infront of me. She was crying! And this ass was completely unprofessional and rude. I felt it was very necessary to leave this review. Not only that when I received my car back from the oil change after about 3 miles my light turned on for Low Oil! Wow I just paid about 50 bucks for an oil change witnessed the owner be a total ass, and they didn’t do my oil change properly. Will definitely not be coming back to this place.
Save your money go to a real place!

Brandin was very helpful and easy to deal with, however the prices were a bit steep. They were able to give me a ride to where I needed to be once I dropped my car off.
Overall it was a decent experience, but being a broke college student and seeing that large bill is never a pleasant sight.
