Ross has saved me from viruses on my work computer remotely twice now. He’s always available and got my computer back up and running right away. He also put in the extra time to get my computer running smoothly by cleaning out all the extra junk. I highly recommend the Rite Click!

Ross, the owner, is our on-​call guy for all of our computer and technology needs. He has helped to network our home and media (1 desktop, 1 PC Laptop, 1 Mac Computer, 2 Televisions, and a PlayStation), as well as consulted with my CPA Firm to help implement our network (cloud computing system), and is somehow on call it seems like 24/​hours a day to respond to his clients needs, no matter how big or small. He has always completed any job we engage him for and is very efficient with his time.
His technical ability has a very wide breadth, from home office needs, personal computing needs, MACS, PCS, large or small office networking. But his biggest strength is his patience. I am terrible with computers and systems, and he always manages to remotely help me help myself.
His fees are very reasonable and I like to keep him on retainer so that I can call or email him with any issues. He’s a lifesaver!

Amazingly fast response and wonderful service. I had a computer issue interrupt my work and the staff at The Rite Click got me up and running in no time at all! Unlike other companies in the area The Rite Click is very upfront about their pricing and diagnosis, furthermore their turnaround time was break neck fast! I cannot say enough good things about this company. If you have computer issues in the area look no further. Price, Service and Quality all rolled into one!!!

I came home last week to find a hanger on my door telling me that Edison had replaced my meter with something called a smart meter, and that I may have lost power at some point during this process. Turns out I did, and when it came back on my computer got fried and wouldn’t turn on at all. Edison sent a guy out, he said it was dead and gave me a claims form to fill out after getting it repaired.
I looked up the nearest computer repair stores and found Ross. I didn’t realize it at the time, but he runs this business from his home in Mission Viejo. I called him up, explained my problem and he made an appt for me to see him the next day. I handed over my PC and he immediately tested it and determined it was most likely my power supply that had gone out. He quoted me at $ 60 an hour for labor and $ 50 for the power supply. I also asked him to see what he could do about helping my machine to run faster, so he said he’d tack on another 30 min of labor and see what he could do. I’d more than likely be able to pick it up that night.
Ross called me back later that day to say that my power supply was indeed the problem, and everything was working fine now. The diagnostics for speeding things up was taking a long time, though, so I was going to have to wait until tomorrow to pick it up. I went by the next day with $ 135 and picked up my PC, which I’m happy to report is working better than before. I’m sure I could have tried fixing it myself for cheaper, but Ross knew exactly what he was doing (at least, he sounded like he did) and since Edison should be footing the bill I wasn’t too concerned with cost. I needed my computer working again and Ross got the job done.

There is nothing more frustrating than your computer running slowly and overrun with viruses and other crap that are hidden in every website you visit. People who create viruses should be taken out back and caned. OK, after my preamble rant, on to the review:
We have used Ross at The Rite Click a number of times for my wife’s consulting company and for our personal computers. He knows his stuff and will get the crap off your machine and install virus protection software that will hopefully keep out the bad guys. He also sets up secure wireless networks and such. His prices are fair, his customer service is prompt and courteous and he fixes your computer very quickly. The Rite Click is perfect for the sole proprietor or family that needs computer help and you don’t have to pay an arm and a leg for it.
