I have been here many times. Helpful. Friendly. I’ve blown out some major laptops and computers… viruses, drops, kids pulling keys off, upgrades. If it can be broken I’ve done it. I have had 2 PCs, 6 laptops repaired. They are very conscientious about my data and pictures before they do anything with restore or upgrades. They are very reasonable, never charge for what I don’t need and get me back up and running asap. They are straight up honest in what isn’t worth fixing. They re-​purposed some old laptops as homework computers for my kids. worked out great. Cheaper than buying anything new. I told them one old IBM was for my little girl and they even gave me a link to a cute pink reskinning kit from Ebay… sure made my daughters day. Good service.

Bought a refurbished computer with an 80g hard drive, needed to have a larger one. All the stuff on the 80 was transferred to the larger one, and all the bloatware was removed. Done in a few hours, and the machine works great. Could not be happier, and at a very fair price. Highly recommend these guys!

I had a great experience Shane helped me and he was helpfull, friendly and honest. This was not as bad as I expected my computer was fixed perfectly, very fast and for a great price as well. I wont go anywhere else now.

This establishment is awesome! Didn’t charge me for a diagnosis, didn’t charge for ad blocker or software upgrades, answered the phone every time I called, open late for the working man and extremely professional.
His diagnosis was so specific he even knew which FLAVOR AND RESTAURANT a hidden exploded hot sauce packet was from, I mean, talk about thorough.
I kept trying to get him to charge me more as complications arose but he continued to refuse the money. Give this dude a medal!

I count on this place. I drive all the way from Anaheim because they are worth it. Always my first choice if I have a computer issue. They are honest and I’ve had several times where I brought something in and the problem was spotted immediately, and there was no charge. Not to mention it when they do charge they are extremely reasonable.

Needed a pin for my graphics card to power on and need one ASAP. No one was opened at 6pm so I gave them a call had the part in stock! Super friendly, cheap and open late!

couldn’t be happier with my laptop repair. For a few weeks I’ve noticed my Toshiba computer slowing down with browser and download speeds I was getting a little frustrated because its less than a year old and only used for business. The computer came with a Norton anti-​virus program but as the license expired I must have got a few viruses. I brought it in to Shane at Done Right and within 3 minutes he showed me the viruses and the problem. He had my laptop ready on time and at a great price, on top of that he installed a few cleaner apps and Windows defender. Thanks for the help Shane, your shop saved my computer and my business.

We had an issue with our electricity at home and the GFI outlet tripped. In the process my desktop got zapped, apparently. It would not start up no matter what I tried. Hoping it was just the power supply I took it to Done Right this morning. Jeremy tested it very quickly and confirmed that was the problem. He installed a new power supply for me and it was back up running just fine. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. This was done for less than what Staples, etc. would have charged me just to diagnose. I like working with a local company and they give you personal service. We are going to tell everyone to use Done Right for their computer tech needs. Thanks, Jeremy!

Don’t know what happened to this guy, but something really bad must’ve hit him hard. Looking at review history, constant 4 or 5 stars in the past and now 1 or 2 stars… And based on my visit recently, no wonder.
Walked in as I saw the giant sign outside stating «we buy laptops» and I had a mac to sell. Searching my model around on Craigslist, people are selling it for around $ 800 – 900. I hate the whole craigslist process of dealing with no shows, low ballers, etc. So I decide to offer it to this shop for $ 700 to avoid the hassles. Was willing to even bend lower if need be.
Anyways, I walk in, am greeted and make my offer to sell my laptop. I place it on the table and this is where the fun begins. He sighs and makes up excuse after excuse from it had it be wiped clean to how much of a pain it would be. Why on earth would you be in business of buying laptops if you don’t want to put in the effort!
This guy has clearly lost his mind and can no longer be trusted with repairing a computer let alone selling one. Just stay away from him and find somewhere else.

Sorry, but I would call them done wrong…
Bought a new laptop & wanted help moving my stuff over from my old one. For starters, didn’t move any of my Outlook files which was the most important thing to me. I also told them I wanted to keep all the same settings, etc which was why I was coming to them instead of doing it myself. This didn’t happen either. The only thing they did was move my files across.
Oh for kickers, I had planned on giving my old laptop to my son, but it doesn’t work anymore. Getting an error message that the user profile is corrupt. Took it back to them for help & all they were concerned about was fault/​liability — saying it wasn’t theirs of course. But it worked perfectly fine prior to taking it to them…
I’m going somewhere else to get it ‘done right’!
Be warned

Not impressed with their knowledge of simple soldering. I take it they’re more used to just telling people what’s wrong rather than having people come in with a technical diagnosis and asking them to fix it. I brought it in to them because I wasn’t familiar with how to take apart my laptop without breaking tabs holding ti in place (after all screws are removed). I figured its worth it for me to spend $ to get it done right.
They insisted I needed a part on top of a simple re-​soldering, and I conceded. Again, I figured it was an investment to a high end laptop I had already paid a lot of money for. $ 100 later, it needs to be redone. «done right»…they don’t live up to their name. Crappy solder is the only reason it would come undone after a few weeks.
I see you can ‘message the business’, so as always with a Unilocal sponsor, they do not live up to their high star reputation. Thank you Unilocal,for deceiving another consumer with your ‘assistance’ for sponsors.
BTW, it took them several days to solder a part (10 minute job max). If I had known they were that incompetent, I would never have given them the job.

Guy seemed bothered I walked in, was generally rude. Seemed annoyed whenever I asked a question and I asked of my graphics card could do 4k and he was like what is that and threw his hands in the air. It’s unbelievable this guy has so many stars. He didn’t even take my computer to see why it won’t start. Just checked if the hard drive was good and said for me to fix it like a car and check myself part by part. Maybe reinstall windows, he didn’t know. Anyways horrible, guys a jerk, kind of weirdo, go elsewhere.

Shane is so helpful! He went above and beyond to replace basically the entire exterior of my laptop. Plus he threw in a new battery! Thanks Shane :)

After visiting other computer stores in the area, done right definitely was the best. Their pricing was as advertised and did a great job on repairing my MacBook. They were quick and very helpful on explain gin everything to me so I knew exactly what was going on.
I highly recommend these guys!

Friday night, my husband walks in to our home office to see this on the screen. Just that and blackness. I told him, «its happened before». So I go in and try to fiddle around with it. He said that he’s already messed with it and it still comes up. He’s called both of his brothers (IT Pros) and they told him what to do and — still, nothing.
I went on Unilocal.Found great reviews on this place that is in the adjacent shopping center. Saturday morning called as soon as they opened. On the phone, he set my expectations. The hard drive is pretty much toast and depending on how bad it is will depend on whether he could recover the data.
I went in immediately with the computer. He told me, he’ll take the hard drive out and hook it up to his machine as an external and see if he can even get it to load. Seconds later, no such luck. He offered a flyer: Drive Savers Data Recovery. Told me minimum depending on how much data needs to be retrieved about $ 250 to start. He quoted me how much to get my current computer up and running with parts and labor and I thought it was pretty reasonable. The only catch, he couldn’t get it done this weekend?
See, I’m pregnant and it’s the first weekend in weeks that I have had the energy to start working again at home. Not having a working computer for the weekend? I am not really sure when I’ll have this motivation and desire again? So, I thanked him and went out and got myself a new computer.
Reality is, Jeremy didn’t charge me and quite the gentleman walked me to my truck and put the computer back in. Gave me some advice that if I keep the hard drive long enough and decided that I do need something on it, services to retrieve the data may drop in price. Great suggestion! I got oodles of fried hard drives! Thanks Jeremy. Great service, really close by … feel obligated to bring something back that you can fix when I am not in a time crunch. I’ll remember you guys the next time I have a computer problem.

Shane and Jacob are amazing. I tried putting together a computer but was not able to turn the power on. These guys took literally 5mins to identify the issues and voila! — the computer starts fresh! I can tell you that these guys are very honest and knowledgable so you can rest assure that you won’t be ripped off. Thanks again guys. I’ll definitely be coming back.

I went to Shane with a cranky hard drive that kept shutting down on me
and to top it off it was on my «work computer’, I dropped it off in the morning and by later that day I had a call back from Shane that I did indeed need a new hard drive,
he went ahead and migrated all of my data off of my «bad» drive and onto the
new drive without a hitch, considering all of the intricate transfer work involved and the fast time that it was done in I was very impressed. Also, the follow-​up was really good as I had several questions after I got my computer back and shout out to Jacob who was patient and very helpful in helping me get everything right back to normal in a timely and cost effective manner. I would highly recommend them to anyone who had computer issues.

So I went in again bc my USB ports stopped working. They trouble shot it, told me that i was a software problem and that I had to reload the OS. They’d charge $ 85 but it’d be more worthwhile to just spend the money on a new laptop. They did however tell me how to fix the problem myself which I thought was very nice of them. They didn’t charge me and did this all as I waited in 10 mins.
They didn’t disappoint again.
