The employee that works the morning shift is extremely unprofessional! I’ve gone there only a few times in the morning to get snacks, but each time he has either asked an inappropriate question about my relationship status or says comments that make me feel extremely uncomfortable. I work in the building behind the gas station but encounters with him make me feel so uncomfortable that I end up walking a little further to another gas station just to avoid him. I can usually brush off inappropriate comments like this from most guys, but he says something inappropriate. every. single. time.

I love this place for propane. I have never gotten gas since i am a chevron Customer. this place is going to keep my barbecue going strong all summer long thanks to south coast shell.

Good gas station but the car wash is very much sub-​par. The wash starts and stops randomly and doesn’t seem to get the car very clean nor dry it very well. Come here for gas but not for the wash

I like this gas station. It’s 1000% better then the old Shell station that was here. I feel bad for the owners of the 7 – 11 next door because I have not been there one time now that we have the market connected to this station. The car was here sucks but I personally think all the lil gas station car washes do. If you are a Ralph’s shopper you save twenty cents per gallon and that’s always good.
One thing that really sucks about this place and I know it is not the gas stations fault, there are only two driveways in and out of this place so things are tight!

I know this seems petty but I’m quite annoyed by their car wash rewards card. I bought $ 10 deluxe car washes every time I come. When it was time to cash in my «free» car wash, they gave me the $ 7 bottom of the line wash. I told them that I always buy the deluxe– they said I could upgrade for $ 3 more. This will be my last time coming here for a wash or gas for that matter. I complained– the manager wouldn’t even look at me. Chevron is down the street and they give the deluxe wash for FREE after you buy 5.
Car wash is a joke anyway if you drive a pu truck– takes a few tries to get inside.
I know it’s only $ 3 but bad customer service gets you bad reviews.

I’ve been coming to this gas station for 10 years because it is close and convenient. Horribly overpriced albeit. My car needed air for one of the tires so I stopped by to fill it up really quick. The guy running the shop today refused to turn the air on! I explained I am a loyal customer and live right down the street and right now I just need a little air for my tire. He refused. He said there was no remote switch for him to turn it on and that I needed to turn it on with coins. I replied noting he could just give me the «air token» that the other gentlemen usually gives me if there is a need to turn it on. He said no. I asked what his name was, and he threatened to call the police and that it was private property. WTF.
Never going here every again, extremely disappointed. Go to the Chevron on Bristol and Campus if you need air. You can turn their air station on by yourself outside for FREE. (As it should be to customers by law.)

I always use their drive through car wash and no complaints what so ever. What I especially like about this place was a guy working their named Enrique he was super helpful and greeted me with a huge smile. I accidentally told him the wrong number pump, and instead of most gas station attendants getting frustrated with you he said no problem and fixed my issue. Plus you can use your Ralph’s grocery store discount thats always a bonus.

I love this newly renovated shell gas station. Everything is neat and clean and there is much more space. The car wash is quick and easy to use. Obviously if you are expecting an amazing car wash it won’t happen but it does still do a good job considering it is a drive-​thru. The convenience store has pretty much everything! Plus the people working there are very nice and respectful.

I have used the drive-​thru car wash MANY TIMES and found no problems with it so I don’t understand how someone would get scratches.
Anyhow, I have been coming to this gas station for some time (prior to the remodeling) and have had no problems. i am happy they extended their food mart and those who work have are always helpful.

I did not get gas at this station. This is a review of the automated car wash attached to the Shell station:
If you like your car’s paint job, avoid this station’s car wash! It will scratch up your car!
I went here trying to avoid the $ 50+ price tag typical for the hand-​wash car wash places in the area. Unfortunately, this place drove me right to them! It only cost about $ 12 for a full-​service car wash, but the scrubbing brushes left hundreds of fine scratches all through my car’s paint job! Terrible!

It’s a newly refurbished Shell Station with not enough pumps. The really got cheap on the refurb. Otherwise it’s just fine.
