Unlike traditional steam cleaning, we use a rotary-​jet extractor that cleans the carpet from all directions with hundreds of cleaning passes rather than just back and forth a few times with a manual wand. Your carpets will never look the same! No job is too big or too small.

I was honestly really disappointed in the quality of services that I received. I have debating posting a Unilocal review for several weeks, but recently I had a friend over and that said «did you ever find someone to get your carpets cleaned?» after seeing an area that was cleaned several weeks ago. I gave two stars because of the quick response time and also they told me ahead of time that pet stains don’t come out that easily. Unfortunately we have to have another company come out to re-​do he cleaning job.

We are not satisfied. We indicated that the reason for the carpet cleaning was pet smells before reps came over. We’re very disappointed as 1 day later the smells are still there. We’re going to have to call another cleaners to get it done correctly.

This place as awesome… My floors in my new house probably hadn’t been clean in years and they made them look brand new. The gentlemen that came were very polite and efficient. I used a Groupon which they accepted no problem and very happy with results.

Hands down the worst customer service experience I have ever experienced in my life time.
Ivan showed up today (2 hours late). Asked him if he can take his shoes off or if he has shoe covers (Brand new carpet and a toddler that crawls on the carpet, which I explained to him), he said «his insurance does not cover it» very rudely. I offered him to wear plastic bags over his shoes, which he refused. Hands down the worst customer service ever, not to mention extreme rudeness. How this company is still in business with these types of employees is beyond me.

This is my second time using Powers and my review is still excellent, the gentleman are very professional and kind, they work quickly and efficiently and my place looks awesome when they are done. The price is great and Alex (manager? Owner?) is very courteous on the phone and was able to accommodate the date i requested for the cleaning. If you feel like your place needs a good sanitizing and your carpets look sad, I’d highly recommend Powers.

One star is also a lot based outta the service I got today, I was not present at my place. they say they cleaned their butt off but it looks same, the wine stains coffee stains are still on it. they say they are permanent, I will remove them with vinegar and post pics in a while. these guys are a complete RIP OFF. Suggest to avoid them. Waste of money. Will update @ work.

Don’t ever use this company, they are very unprofessional and they do an extremely horrible job. the owner is very rude and unprofessional person. They came and cleaned the carpet poorly and when I called and complained, They claimed the carpet is too old and I need to change it, as a matter of fact I changed it last summer but they were making excuses not to come back and repair the poor job. I spoke with them again to have them come back and repair and they basically told me NO. I told them I was going to report a poor review on help and they said we will get it removed so I ask Unilocal to please keep the review so other customers know the truth about this poorly managed business.

I recently used Powers to clean my company’s especially dirty carpet. They were professional and easy to work with from beginning to end, from the appointment setting and giving me a price to the two gentlemen showing up on time, and keeping to their price. The results are amazing!
I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone and they did not ask for this review, they earned it! :)

Great price but not happy with results. Had my carpets cleaned in May from another company and rooms smelled fresh. This bargain carpet clean took about 2 days to dry with a ceiling fan going at all times and window open (even though they said 2 hours for dry time) like another reviewer posted and the rooms smell kind of mildewy and the upstairs room I had a tennnant in still smells like dirty clothes. I went and sprayed some Febreeze in that room to help. And no, there are no longer any clothes in that room. The carpet is to blame. The price was so cheap but my carpets which had no stains don’t feel or smell good after this. I was honestly hoping for better and would have given these guys my business year after year. I don’t have hallway carpet so they did some small area rugs for me. That was nice but those don’t smell good either. Very disappointed.

I hired Powers Carpet Care to clean my parents home prior to move in. Alex (owner) accommodated a couple changes in scheduling do to changes in escrow close date. The cleaning was extremely thorough and they arrived on time. I will also say I got several quotes and Alex charged exactly what he quoted and this was less than the cost of OC ChemDry’s «basic» cleaning service. My mother has hired Alex to come back and clean a rug and a sofa. I recommend Powers Carpet Cleaning without hesitation.

I should’ve written this review months ago…
These guys were awesome! They came out and cleaned my carpets on Valentines Day! Alex was very kind and quoted me the price I saw online before he even saw my home.
They were on time, and even helped us move our furniture out of the way. Alex saw that my carpets needed some heavy duty work, but I couldn’t afford it, so he did some extra stuff for free to help get all the big stains out! How awesome and sweet is that?!
They were very friendly, and got the job done efficiently. My carpet has never looked SO good!
4 months later and my carpet still looks great! I can’t believe they got all the nasty stains out! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I needed my carpet cleaned quickly for a subtenant. James was very considerate on the phone, and gave me an immediate quote and mentioned a time he would stop by on Saturday. Very reasonable I should add!
The team arrived right on the dot and were extremely efficient. The carpets turned out great, and James honored his quote and billed me the exact amount. The team was in and out in under an hour.

I found these guys on Unilocal.
I needed my couch cleaned (due to an intoxicated accident) and these guys were one of the few guys who had 5 stars for their service. The price for a professional cleaning on a couch came out to about $ 90. The team arrived at a timely manner, were very quick and prompt, and out the door. There was no lag time and no time to lolly gag around. Once the team arrived, they hustled to get the job done quickly and correctly!
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Powers Carpet Care is Great. I had a couple of stains on my carpet from a few parties I have had over the last couple months.
Alex is great. He gave me a reasonable quote over the phone and he was on time to my house. He explained exactly what he would be doing. My Carpet looks as if I just moved in. he offered to clean my couch but I am going to save that for the next time I have him come clean my carpets.
I have found my carpet cleaning company. I will not use anyone else.
