Mike’s is the absolute best carpet cleaning service I’ve used in 25 years. I have used at least ten different carpet cleaning companies over the years and I can say Mike’s is #1 by far!

I’m a real estate broker that needed to put some life into carpet. Not only was i impressed with Mike and his assistant and their professionalism, but the job was completed on the time as promised, but it looked new. It’s now 6 weeks later with tons of traffic, and it looks as great as the day it was cleaned. The prospective buyers felt it didn’t need replacing. He was an important link in putting it into escrow.

I must say Mike did a fantastic job cleaning my carpets! I live in a rental unit and God only knows how other have tried to clean those carpets. They looked and felt dirty. Mike recently did our carpets and we couldn’t be happier with the results. With a dog, cat and 2 small grandchildren often at the house, we are in need of some help when it comes to clean carpets! I have to agree with the others that have posted. Having a teenage son and two dogs, our carpets definitely get a workout. Mike does an excellent job and his finished product is the best I have ever experienced. He blows away those big name company cleaners and highly recommend him.

Mike did a great job on my carpet. He was very friendly and you could tell immediately that he knew what he was doing. I needed the carpet cleaned before moving into my new home and I was pleased with how much better the carpet looked after he was done. He also charged me what he said he it would cost over the phone. I have used several carpet cleaning companies, both large and small businesses. Mike’s Carpet Cleaning is the best I have used. Although, we had installed beautiful high quality carpet when we moved in over 10 years ago, you wouldn’t know it by its appearance — our carpets were VERY dirty — we have 2 kids and 2 dogs (one of which is a puppy) and small home. The puppy had several accidents in both of my kids rooms, so it was not going to be an easy task. I searched for small local business here in San Clemente and found Mike’s Carpet Cleaning on Google. I called Mike and he picked up the phone right away, I needed our carpets cleaned asap, he was able to schedule me the next day. Mike actually arrived to our home early — he was friendly, knowledgeable, honest and hardworking. He even referred me to local carpet business that offers discounts on scrap carpet (which can be used for small rooms). After cleaning our carpets, the following day, I noticed an area on carpet in my daughters room that didn’t look as clean the rest of the carpet. I called him about this and he came out that day to fix it at no charge. My carpets look almost brand new — I never thought they would come out so beautifully. I will definitely be using Mike’s Carpet again and highly recommend him to all!!!

I used the other 2 big companies over the last several years and was always disappointed in the end. Heavily traveled areas showed the dirt within weeks of the cleaning. I used Unilocal and found Mike’s Carpet Cleaning. Mike is the owner/​operator so you speak directly to him. He gave me a quote over the phone based on my description of the areas to be cleaned and he honored that quote. The other big 2 always tried to upsell and/​or told me the quote wasn’t accurate from the web. My carpets after Mike’s 3 stage cleaning process look brand new and they are 11 years old. No one else uses the 3 step process — they all use a 2 step process. Mike sprays the cleaner on, USES A SCRUBBER TO LOOSEN THE DIRT, then uses the extractor. It made all the difference in the world — the dirt is gone! I would recommend Mike to anyone who needs good carpet cleaning and I definitely plan on using him each time I need to redo the process. I wish I had before photos. My after photos look like the day I moved into my apartment — brand new carpet. I was so worried that the stains on my carpet wouldn’t come out. I had what my landlord described as «stains that looked like someone took a car engine apart and worked on it on my living room floor». Every single stain came out. My carpet is no longer BLACK. Mike did an amazing job and for a great price. You cant go wrong hiring his services. Thanks Mike!

At my house we have a lot of foot traffic around here, plus we have 3 dogs, 1 of which is old and leaves us surprises on our carpet in the morning sometimes — so our carpet takes a beating.
When Mike gets here our carpet is usually thrashed, and then by the time he’s done here our carpet looks brad new– and stays that way for months.
I don’t really know what machines or chemicals he’s using, but whatever it is it does magic to our carpet and its pet safe too!
In addition to 3 neighbors on my street, Mike also cleans the carpet at my parents house and my sisters house.
