Rigo reached out to me just several minutes after my review, the report was modified by Nicole quickly, and I received the report perfectly updated within hours! I’m impressed at how quickly Gallant has rallied together and how much effort they’re putting into resolving a situation. I will continue to refine this review as the process moves forward, but I’m feeling so much better already!

I almost gave this company 5 solid stars until a few days ago!
I saw a small pile of termite wood waste and was very anxious about the potential damage to our home and what it might cost us. The person that answered their phone and scheduled my appointment was nice and polite. Rigo, our inspector, was very friendly, professional, and thorough. He was knowledgeable and helpful, not only with the inspection, but also with giving advice related to pest control. He also did an inspection on the outside of our townhome too, so that we can forward the information to our HOA. Best of all, the estimate was reasonable.
The huge downside is the lack of communication I’m experiencing with Tila. I expected a separate inspection report for the inside and outside of our home so that I can keep our work info private and separate from what we provide the HOA, but Tila instead emailed me a combined report. I emailed back requesting that the report be separated, but did not hear back at all. When I later tried calling the office, my first couple of calls were allowed to go to voicemail, but when I still didn’t hear back after having left a message, I decided to block my number and Tila answered! She said she received my email and voicemail, but was waiting to hear back from the inspector. It is now a week after the inspection and I have not received a response to my emails and voicemail — so frustrating since my request seems to be pretty minor. I sent my second email to Tila 4 days ago for a status update, which she has not bothered to answer. Just a simple update to let me know that that they’re still working on it would be nice.
I’m looking forward to getting this resolved and not having to worry about this anymore, but the lack of responsiveness at this point is very concerning.

Gallant Termite has been amazing! They get the job done. They will go over and explain all process of what is going to be done, how, when, etc. If you’re a tenant they will answer your phone calls so you don’t have to call the landlord all the time. There were a few things that came up during this process, but they made it as painless as possible. Let’s all be honest, not everything goes according to plan every single time. It’s how you deal with these things that I measure performance. They go the extra mile to make sure they make things right and in my book they are a winner. I also want give a special thanks to Rigo and Nicole for making things right.

I needed a pest company and called many different companies before settling on Gallant. They had done my termite home inspection and was very professional. They were not the cheapest but gave me a decent rate for quarterly service. Customer service rep was very nice. I scheduled an appointment and Damien showed up ontime. He introduced himself and went straight to work. One thing I appreciated was that he had his own «booties» and wore them when he went inside the house. I had to leave briefly and felt totally comfortable leaving him there. He explained everything that he was going to do. I loved how they also clear out cobwebs, wasp/​bee hives, and other things outside too. When he was leaving, he sent me a text detailing all that he did. Great service.

Right when i called them i was greeted by nicole diaz. She was very welcoming and helpful especially since its my first time finding an exterminator. The prices were reasonable so i decided to book an appointment with them.
My house is in a new neighborhood and doesnt show up on navigation. Im bad with directions but damien was very patient and was able to figure out my address, even with my terrible directions. Even after that he still arrived on time! He was really nice and he walked me through everything that he was going to do around the house. I thought it was awesome that he had boot covers! He did a great job cleaning the spider webs and so far im satisfied with the service. Its nice that they provide service in between appointments. I definitely recommend them! :)

9 months in and Gallant continues to exceed expectations. Juan is an amazing representative and I was so grateful for his amazing service today for the bimonthly treatment! He went out of his way to remove a dead rodent from my backyard between the trash bins. This would’ve been impossible to spot had he not been thorough with the inspecting. I am extremely grateful for what he did today! Thank you Juan again! Thank you Gallant!

I called Gallant for a second opinion inspection after receiving a report from another inspection company. My home is in escrow and the first inspection company seemed to be taking advantage of my situation. Gallant was very responsive to my request for an inspection. The customer service rep was super accommodating with my request for a quick appointment. I called on Thursday and had an inspection appointment on Saturday. My inspector was Rigo. He was extremely professional and thorough taking more than an hour inspection the attic and exterior. He discovered some areas needing repair that were not discovered from the original inspector (I’m certain the new owner will appreciate). Rigo promised to have my inspection report and repair estimate no later than Monday at noon. He delivered as promised and the repair estimate was reasonable (much less than the first inspection!) Selling your home is stressful; however, having a reputable company inspect your home helped ease the stress. I highly recommend Gallant. Their Unilocal rating is absolutely point on. Call them if you want exceptional service and a fair repair estimate.

I would recommend Gallant Termite and Pest Control to anybody. I am a high maintenance customer and always look for companies who I believe will exceed my expectations. Gallant is certainly a company that far exceeded my expectations. We had a rat problem at my house and Damien from Gallant responded immediately with professionalism and was extremely prompt. He answered all my questions, followed up with me repeatedly to make sure that I was happy but most importantly SOLVED my rodent problem. Damien is VERY proactive, respectful and a great communicator. Whenever I was unsure whether the rat was caught, Damien stopped by to make sure everything was OK at my house. I love this company and give him 2 thumbs up!

Friendly company to deal with. Setting up service was easy with Nicole. Jonathon showed up on-​time and was very polite. He explained everything and answered all my questions. He did an awesome job. Would definitely recommend this company.

A good experience from start to finish. We found evidence of rotten wood on the outside of our house and immediately looked up for Termite & Pest control online. Came across Gallant with some really good reviews. We called right away and were immediately scheduled for an appointment. Rigo (you will see his name a lot on the reviews) showed up and gave a quick feedback on what it was (dry-​wood termites). He then proceeded to give a detailed check around the house and drew up couple of options — both were reasonable. We went with the fumigation option and were able to schedule one quickly in a couple of weeks time.
The follow up was very good and they even accommodated a last minute reschedule of the fumigation due unavoidable circumstances. The fumigation was done by a sub-​contractor. They showed up within the appointment window and quickly set up the tents. The whole process was done quickly and efficiently. There were bit more broken tiles than we expected but that was out of their hands. If your roof tiles are older, i would recommend that you go in for tile insurance.
I would recommend that you give them a first look.

Highly recommended. Very friendly and professional staff. I requested a termite inspection, because I found what looked like termite droppings in attic. The technician Rigo (a super nice guy who knows his stuff) confirmed it was termites and showed the minor damage they had already done. He inspected the rest of my house including two more attics and found no sign of termites anywhere else. He recommended a spot treatment since the area with termites was small, easily accessible and exposed. I will definitely use them again for inspections and treatment.

We received multiple estimates to tent our house for termites and all the quotes we received were pretty comparable but we went with Gallant because of Rigo’s customer service. He was really patient and professional so he won us over.
Even though the paperwork I think says this, we didn’t realize that Gallant sub contracts the fumigation to another company. The sub contracted fumigators actually messed up and caused a one day delay in completing the project. They were also very rude when we tried to address the issue with them.
We finally couldn’t deal with them anymore so I called Rigo (which I should have done anyways instead of dealing with the sub contracted fumigators) and he addressed the issues quickly and also reimbursed us for the extra night we had to stay at the hotel.
I would use them again and recommend them to any other customers looking in the area because even though we had issues, they were very professional and know what customer service actually means.

Upon contacting the company the women over the phone was very courteous & polite. She answered all my questions and provided me with a variety of information in relation to the type of unwanted visitors I had in my home. Luckily I was able to set up an appointment to fit my busy schedule. On the day of the appointment I was greeted by Rigo Diaz. Rigo was very polite and introduced himself politely. He proceeded to inspect my home thoroughly in order to properly identify the extent of the damage created by our unwanted visitors. He displayed great integrity & professionalism as he explained the pros & cons of each option. Thus, allowing me to make an informed decision without any pressure. As a result, I opted for the fume. Although I took a few weeks to set up the date, I contacted him and he was able to verify the dates promptly and honored the quote he had given me weeks prior.
The company contacted me the same day and set up an appointment for the fume preparation. Conveniently, I was able to sign the contract the same day without leaving my home. In addition, Rigo was thorough in teaching me how to protect our personal belongings from the chemicals. Most importantly, Rigo reassured me on the safety of my home since I would be traveling out of state. He kept in contact with me and informed me on the status of the fume, which reassured me that my house was in good hands. As a result, I would definitely recommend this company! Great price, but most importantly they addressed the consumer’s concerns with great professionalism and integrity.

I have used Gallant twice so far. I love the fact that I don’t have to leave the house when they come to spray. They use gentle chemicals. Johnathan was my technician both times and was nice, attentive to my needs of where I wanted the house sprayed, and informative in regards to what he did around the house and the paperwork. I have signed up for the quarterly program and am glad that I did.

Our pest control tech Johnathan arrived on time and was very informative. He took his time explaining everything he was going to do. The price is very reasonable and they guarantee their work.

I have been with Gallant since I moved into my mobile home n November of 2014. I had a very bad experience with Terminix at the time of my inspection and move from my house. I had used Terminix at 2 different houses over the prior 20 years and although I was reasonable happy throughout the years, they actually broke my trust in the end. So much for loyalty!
Anyway… this time I decided to go with a smaller company, although Gallant isn’t that small, they are family owned and that was attractive to me. I already had a termite contract with another company that had done termite work before I moved in, so I had that contract with them for the termites. I was going to use them for my pest control also, but when I asked about their process, they said that all people and all animals had to be out of the house during all pest treatments. I knew that it was not necessary to leave the house, even for the pets, if using certain chemicals that are non-​toxic. I am basically bedridden and it would involve a lot for me to leave the house, with the dog, every time I needed pest treatment.
So…long story short, I called Gallant and they explained that I could stay in bed or my wheelchair in the house, along with my dog, while the house got treated, inside and out! I looked at their ratings on a couple of sites, and I knew I’d found a winner! We had a very small miss-​communication in the beginning, but Rigo the manager, was quick to call me and clear things up, much to my satisfaction. Also, when I call the office, or when they call me, Nicole always is so pleasant and nice to talk to. She’s very accommodating also knows the business and their services inside and out. Last but absolutely not least, is my technician, Jonathan. He’s a young man, but so mature for his age. He’s very knowledgeable, prompt, responsible, and polite. He has a great work ethic which is very hard to find in our young people today. I am sure I have found the pest control service that I will use indefinitely. And… obviously, I recommend Gallant Termite and Pest Control to anyone who asks!

While we were cleaning the house, my husband noticed evidence of termites by the window in our family room. Just to be safe, he didn’t touch the evidence so a termite inspector could see it and be able to better identify what kind they were. Our next door neighbor tented their house for termites not too long ago so we were a bit concerned we might have to as well.
I didn’t want to contact one of the bigger termite companies and tried to find a local company. Gallant Termite & Pest Control had really good reviews on Unilocal and their office is right in Rancho Cucamonga.
We gave them a call and they came over to inspect our entire house. The termite inspector told us that most people don’t even notice Subterranean Termites. My husband «SEES EVERYTHING» because he’s an inspector too (not for pests, but has good eyes) so we’re lucky he noticed.
The good news was that they were Subterranean Termites and they were only in that small area of our house. Subterranean Termites are common throughout California and they survive by living in the soil/​ground in colonies and they need moisture to survive. So we made an appointment that day and they came to our house the first week of June to perform the Pressure Treatment. The cost was just under $ 500.
Rico and Damien came and the treatment involves drilling holes in the concrete around our house. They filled in the holes afterward. They also drilled small holes in the interior walls as well. After they were done, we barely noticed where they had drilled the holes.
During each stage of the treatment, they would show you and explain what they were going to do and the purpose of it. They gave you a lot of opportunities to ask questions. I also noticed that they would put on covers for their shoes when they would enter our house so they wouldn’t get our floors dirty.
There’s also a 4 year guarantee in the price so if there were any other evidence of the termites, they would come out and treat it again (at no cost).
Overall, great customer service and communication received from Gallant.
They can take care of most pests for you. I asked if they took care of snakes, but that’s probably one of the things they don’t do. LOL…

I used Gallant for two different services — treatment for termites and dry rot removal. If I only used them for the termite treatment, this would have been a four or five-​star review. However, the service I received for the dry rot removal only warranted one star.
I made an appointment and Rigo came out for the termite treatment first. He was very nice and while I had received some not-​quite-​accurate information from the girl in the office who set the appointment, he provided an excellent service. We had already had a termite company come out to give a quote and Rigo found a lot more termites then the previous company. However, he treated all the areas for less money than the first company was going to charge me. I was very pleased.
Then I made an appointment for Rigo to come back out to do some dry rot removal that he had observed when doing the termite treatment. I made the appointment for 1:00 pm. At 8:00 am on the day of the appointment, two guys I had never seen before showed up at our door and said that Rigo had sent them. Turns out, Rigo had subcontracted the job out to these guys without telling me and without letting me know that they were coming much earlier than our appointment time. So, I was pretty mad, but I needed the work to get done and showed them the area.
I stood there watching and listening to them as they examined the small dry rot spot under the roof and it became completely clear that they had no idea what they were doing. I even asked them, «Do you know what you are doing and how to fix this?» One guy replied, «No.» At that point I told them to put down their tools (one was about to start sawing into my roof with a confused look on his face) and call Rigo. They got Rigo on the phone and he insisted that these guys were contractors who knew what they were doing. I replied that the guys just told me that they DIDN’T know what they were doing and that this was extremely unprofessional. Rigo said that he was going to walk them through it and that they were going to take pictures along the way to show him the progress.
Unfortunately, we were on a timeline to get this project done as our house was in escrow. And Rigo knew it and took advantage of it. It took these two guys forever to replace one small piece of wood and I spent a lot of money to have two untrained people do the work. Had I known that these were the workers I was getting, my husband could have just done the work for free. But we had wanted a professional to do it. Rigo kept saying that I shouldn’t be concerned about it because Gallant has a one-​year warranty on the work. But as I am sure he is aware, if the work wasn’t done correctly, it wouldn’t be evident in a year — it would take longer than that for the new wood to rot. So, he doesn’t care if it was done correctly — it will be out of warranty by the time the poor workmanship is evident.
If you are just looking for termite treatment, go ahead and use Gallant. Just be sure to NEVER use them for dry rot removal — totally terrible.

Love these guys!!! We have had them for over a year now and our pests are under control. Before them we had issues with spiders, ants, moths, rats… not fun. Now we are under control. We even developed a huge bee issue under our tile eave, they came out and treated and two weeks later still no issue.
Found these guys by there good reviews on Unilocal and wanted to add an update. My mom hired them also and are very pleased.
