As a first-​time home buyer there are a lot of terms, conditions and documents that are very unfamiliar, daunting and can be quite intimidating however Larry is the most patient realtor who literally went through every page and question I had explaining things sometimes over and over again until I was comfortable moving forward. Larry had my back the whole way and was in my corner from the house search, thru the inspection, to the very end. He followed up with me daily and checked in which was such an assurance that I was in good hands. I will be recommending Larry to all my friends and family and you strangers reading this review! Larry did a great job selling our condo, and we couldn’t be more pleased. We have known Larry for a while, but this was the first chance we had to use him as our agent. We couldn’t have made a better decision. Well before listing with Larry, he was always one of our go-​to real estate experts for questions about the market, rentals, etc. He always had great and knowledgeable responses. He was also always happy to help, even when there wasn’t necessarily a commission in it. Beyond that, Larry is an optimistic and happy guy, which makes dealing with him easy and nice. He also has integrity. I knew Larry would give me the right answer to my questions and guide us in the right direction, even if it wasn’t what I wanted to hear.
From the moment we listed with Larry, he was great. He was also very hands on. We had tenants in the condo before we sold it, and Larry was quick to get down to the condo before they even moved out to help us make decisions about repairs, upgrades, etc. His advice was spot on. We took each piece of advice and followed it. By the time we had finished, the place looked amazing (we were a little upset we had to sell it). We got every penny we invested in fixing the place up and probably a bunch more in terms of return on investment. He also gave good advice on items that weren’t worth the money in terms of fixing, which again proved to be good advice.
In less that 24 hours, we had 4 offers. All of them were for at least full asking price, and some offered more than asking price. In the next 24 hours, another 3 offers came in, again all at or above asking. By comparison, there was a comp in the neighborhood listed for less than our condo that had been on the market for a while without selling. Ultimately, Larry helped us picking the right buyer, giving great advice about the strengths and weaknesses of each offer, and we sold the condo for well over the listing price.
The process was smooth and easy even though we were on vacation at the start of escrow. Larry helped to simplify everything and worked efficiently, so we didn’t spend a ton of vacation time dealing with real estate issues.
Just one more thought before concluding. Our condo was substantially outside of Larry’s primary territory. That didn’t stop Larry from devoting all of his available resources to making sure we got the best deal possible even though it meant more work for him. He also put in his time and effort up front. He learned the market in our area before we listed so we were ready to go with a very competitive listing.
From the moment we listed to closing was about two weeks. We got over asking price, and we got a deal that really didn’t have any hassles. Larry was stellar. If you are buying and/​or selling real estate, call Larry. We highly recommend him.

We could not have asked for a smoother experience in purchasing our first home with Larry! From start to finish, he was super flexible and accommodating to our crazy schedules, even going as far as to attend an open house to give me a tour via FaceTime (which ended up being the home we purchased). Additionally all of his paper work is done online via DocuSign which is super convenient to those who don’t live nearby. We also appreciated his availability and quick response time to our questions via email/​text message/​phone calls. Emailed Larry with questions in regards to how to purchase my first home then he emailed me back saying he will be in touch, however, I never heard back from him… it’s been over a month.

My wife and I were in the market to buy our first home and had no idea where to start so we searched on Unilocal!and came across Larry’s name. All the reviews said how responsive, professional and helpful he is. We called and within the first few minutes of talking on the phone we knew he could lead us through the whole process.
