I would highly recommend Lion Properties. They do a great job with thorough tenant screening and making sure the property you have is priced right. As a long time property owner and client of Lion Properties, if you need a property management company or one of their agents to help in buying or selling a home you found the place.

I am new to Lion Properties and have found them to be completely thorough and professional in every aspect of their property management. They provide a high level of service and I was very impressed. If you need a property manager or help with a real estate transaction, I would definitely contact them.

I am surprised this company is still active. They, not only showed us unprofessionalism, but they lacked knowledge of their own properties. Very dangerous to do business with. I signed a contract to lease a property in HB after the agent gave us a tour and explained how it was one of the newest «smart homes» on the market. He explained how this system controls the entire house including The AC but was not able to demonstrate when we asked as he didn’t have the password yet, but assured us it was in perfect working condition. We were pleased and happy that we have finally found the perfect home. We packed our entire house and not until the moving day, did we realized OURSELVES that the house had no A/​C, and was not actually equipped with any of the essentials promised to us. Imagine, unpacking and trying to turn the A/​C on and to not have it work?! Like anyone would do, I called my agent named JAY TREMENTOZZI and explained that I had difficulty turning on the A/​C, he sent me two technicians, after 2 hours of me waiting in the burning house, to laugh at me and tell me the house does not have
A/​C, rather the «AC» display the agent talked about was not an AC display and only controlled a central «fan» I called my agent infuriated and he responded in the most disgusting way, that he can’t do anything for me, «oops» and «oh that’s weird» response! Warning to the public: DO NOT TRUST HIM. I would never put a comment like this and I am not the type of person to put someone’s business in jeopardy but I feel like this is a necessity. No one payed for my wasted time and effort that day and I hope this post will prevent anyone’s day from being ruined like mine was.

Just recently leased a home from Lion properties and all I can say is thank you to Letty and Jay for helping us secure a home that we liked in just a week. Great service, and if and when I move again, I will definitely check Lion properties first.

I have been dealing, or trying to deal with Letty Flanagan, in a cash deal rental. She is unresponsive, lies to owner saying did not contact, and when she finally does respond she is hateful and tries to use scare tactics when I want an outside agent to represent me. The current rental tenant has had horrible experience as well and still has unresolved issues and unfixed items. The ONLY reason for my wanting to move here is because my daughter’s best friend is the neighbor. I would never want my property represented by such a low class, unprofessional, ball dropping company.

I rented in February 2015. I signed a year lease. Sadly, I had some family issues that caused me to move in July. I contacted Letty informing her I had to break the lease. She did her best to help me find a new renter. She worked with me along the way. When the association sent a letter saying we had to paint the fence. I forwarded the letter to her and lion properties did it within days. Now that I moved out, I’m renting from a landlord. Now I know the difference. With Lion properties you do simple credit check for $ 35. Everything is online on the website. Unlike now I had to fax this fax that. no credit check… landlords need full trw report. I was so exhausted to get my new place. With Lion properties it’s like renting an apartment. Your in and out. You know within a day or two. If something goes out. They have an emergency crew or you log online and request service. Simple easy and efficient. With the landlord status I have now it’s sort of scary because you don’t know if they are good people)= I was lucky my landlord is cool, but it took 2 weeks bcs he was on vacation to get in. With Lion properties I was in a home within 2 days. Also, I even broke my lease and they helped me re rent the home so I wouldn’t be stuck with the 7 months left rent. Letty even relisted the home on many different sites to help get the home rerented. Im grateful to Letty and lion properties for understanding my lease break and even helping me into my new home by saying recommendable things about me. Just be honest with Letty in any situation and she will help you to where you and the owner of the property will not loose money or time. Also, they do refund your deposit as long as there isn’t damage to the home. Not like real landlords where they assume you did things that were already broken when you moved in. Good people. Thanks Lion properties. Thank you Letty. I wish more homes were managed by property management companies.

Excellent Service. I have had Lion properties for a property for about a year now and am extremely happy with the tenant selection process and management of the property. I would never handle rentals myself and would have simply had to liquidate the investment had it not been finding a trustworthy property manager.

Update: Since my original review, they got back to me about my experience AND tried to look me up (not really sure how I feel about that but.). Truthfully, compared to other property firms and real estate organizations specializing in leases, my experience with them still wasn’t stellar… but because of their overall customer service follow-​through after the fact, Lion gets upgraded. Good on them. I hope they continue to equally respect not only property owners, but those of us who lease as well. Not all of us are bad, and you need us! Don’t forget that. Thanks for reading!

Just wanted to send out a happy renter report to Lion Properties. We had a dishwasher go out and Frankie communicated with my wife and I and had the dishwasher out the next day and the handyman had the old dishwasher out and replaced in less than 30 minutes. Well Done Lion Properties!

I absolutely recommend using Lion Properties to lease a property from. I had the pleasures of living in a condo that was managed by Lion Properties. Unfortunately my father had a stroke and I had to move back home and help my family. But while my husband and I were still on our own, Lion Properties really helped us out. Letty is SIMPLY AMAZING! From the first day we met when she gave us the full detailed tour of our new home she was so sweet, helpful and made things fun. A few weeks after we moved in we found that the bathroom sink was leaking. After one call to Letty, she sends the maintenance man, who came to fix it on the next day. I remember one day locking my keys in the house. Letty had a spare key available for us to use at no cost. She was very professional and hard working. Thank You so much Letty! That was the BEST year of my life and I will be reaching out to you once we’re ready to move out in our own again. Thank You!

I do not have rental property myself, but I have three friends that utilize Lion Properties. I referred one of my friends to them based on their reputation and recommendation of the other two friends. Her previous tenant was a nightmare and she needed a property management company that was professional and knew the rental laws. In my business I am known as the «bar tender of auto repair» I know a lot of people and when they have a problem I can refer. I was happy to refer her to a reputable company that could assist her with her rental property and she continues to be very pleased with their services.
