History

Established in 2014.

My name is Tim Rist and I’ve lived in the Willamette Valley for most of my life. I joined Keller Williams because I believe in the people that make it what it is. I never knew that collaborating with people who ultimately are my competition could be so harmonious. Most every job that I have worked has given me skills that carry over into the real estate industry. Whether it was building a house from the ground up with my uncle when I was in high school, or running a landscaping and irrigation business with my dad, or working for different contractors in the valley with my brothers, to eventually managing my own painting business by the age of 17. I have made a name for myself by working hard at everything I do and always putting my clients’ interests ahead of my own. I believe my specialty in this industry is care, and demonstrating my care through my work ethic and my professionalism.

Business Owner

How am I different from other real estate agents? That is a great question.

When I started my first business at age 17 doing exterior house painting, I had a fantastic business coach. He said to me, «Tim, you are always going to find someone out there who is smarter than you, who is more experienced than you, who is more connected than you, and more knowledgeable than you, but it is up to you whether you will find someone out there who works harder than you.»

Work ethic and integrity is what I bring to the table above anything else. I have developed a name for myself in the service industry, with over 430 homes that I have managed contracting projects on, and over 50 employees that I have had working under me at one given time. I look forward to serving you. I consider this a privilege, not a chore, and I do not take your trust in me for granted. Ultimately, it is the action that I put behind my care for you and your goals that separates me from others in the industry.
