I started my real estate career in May of 2003 with a competing brokerage for 10 years then moved my business to Keller Williams Mid Willamette Realty in 2010. I received my Principal Brokers License in 2014. My business continues to grow with referrals from past clients, friends, family and new clients. I could not continue to grow without your help! Cathy Rackham is a Licensed Real Estate Principal Broker in the State of Oregon and is affiliated with Keller Williams Mid Willamette Realty in Albany Oregon.

I continues to educate myself on the latest real estate technologies. My designations include:

GRI (Graduate of the Real Estate Institute),

ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative),

ASP (Accredited Staging Professional),

FACS (Foreclosure Alternative Consultant),

CRI-​S (Certified Residential Investment Specialist).

I enjoy helping people buy and sell real estate. I know that their ultimate goal is to move forward with their lives and I am extremely skilled helping them accomplish this. I keep in good communication with my clients so they are informed every step of the way. I also incorporate expert partners such as lenders, contractors and other advisers when necessary to complete a smooth transaction. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family, friends and helping in the community
