Quickies Quality Car Wash

I like Quickies… I do. Here are the great things about them:
1) They live up to their name. They’re quick and the product is pretty darn good. Self-​serve car wash that is thorough, efficient and leaves the final detailing to you. You’re done as fast as they can get you through the wash system and you save yourself the tip.
2) Rather than running you completely through the machine, there is a hand wash element. Someone actually sprays down your car and brushes are used to get the bulk of the dirt off of your car. This is not a soft-​mit, hand wash place. If you’ve got a black car and want a soft-​wash, this isn’t your place.
3) Quality of chemicals seems to be fairly high quality given the price. My silver car stays clean and repels dust longer than some other quick car wash places. I especially like that considering the price.
4) The price… their most expensive wash was $ 10 and they accept credit cards. If you’re cheap like me, you also save yourself the tip because you’re doing the final detail work.
Here’s where things were not 5-​start worthy:
1) Their vacuum nozzles have a tendency of falling apart mid-​vacuum. The plastic nozzle detaches from the hose. It gets frustrating as you try to be thorough but have to stop half way through to wrestle the other vacuum hose away from the person next to you.
2) They pretty popular and get cars out of the wash so fast, you may be waiting for a vacuum or doing your spot drying in the parking lot. I don’t think i’ve ever had to wait, but I can see it happening during their peak times.
3) I swear my lungs can dry my car better than their dryer. It’s not bad, but bring some microfiber towels to finish your car after the wash.
All in all, I’ll continue to go back. The price is right, the people are nice and you can stay in your car and marvel at the machines as you go through the experience. Just be careful lining your tires up on the propeled track… don’t want to scratch up your rims. :)

Love this car wash dirt cheap and its A1 my tires always come up shining so I assist you go there!

CAUTION… CAUTION!!! Please be aware…
I was a regular customer, in till my new car off the lot was damage. We were inside the wash, as they say but your car in N… as we pull down the wash, it shut down, as it go back on, it pulled my car forward real hard. No foot on the brake. The car behind me hit mine n I hit the one in front of me… come to find out as the car exit the wash and get back up, due to waiting for valcum… the employee run so that this dose not happend. the worker say it happend a lot when they feed to many car into the wash. I made a report, still no answer from management. DNT GO HERE BELIEVE ME IT CAN HAPPEN TO YOU! All they care about is making there quota for the day… get you in n out.
I’m sorry but I rather spin the money somewhere else!!!

save your money. use to be worth the visit. now system doesn’t clean passenger side of car. they also let people completely detail their cars in the vacuum area causing huge backup when you drive out of car wash. for a few bucks more dyskstras up the street.

So back in 2012 I found this place. I loved it at the time, and even wrote a great review.
Fast forward to now, on the brink of 2016, I now am a club member. That means I have $ 20 auto-​debited from a credit card. In exchange, I come in as much as I want for unlimited car washes.
When you become a club member, Quickie’s glues on a tag to your windshield. So when you pull up for your wash, a reader installed above the driveway detects your tag, and let’s you into the wash automatically.
Over the last few months, I’ve pulled up… But the reader doesn’t pick up my tag anymore about half the time.
I’ve tried lots of things: Adjusted my car in the driveway, hoping for the reader to read my tag. I’ve had long lines of cars build up behind me. And I’ve brought this to the attention of Quickies.
But their response is that my tag is fine, that I just need to position my car properly, or that I can try putting something dark behind the tag which apparently makes it easier for the reader to pick up the tag.
It’s hard to balance as a customer. On the one hand, Quickies is really convenient, and what more could you ask for on $ 20 per month?
But on the other hand, it really sucks when cars build up behind you, to the point that they try to back out and go in the other, second lane to pay for their wash.
For that, I’m dropping this review from 5 to 3 stars.

This is the spot if your not trying to spend a lot of money. I only spend $ 5 bucks and it takes about 5 minutes to go through. Of course you can get the more expensive car washes, but the $ 5 dollar one does the job! The vacuums are free and this is my go-​to spot every Friday to get my car shiny and clean ready for the weekend. Its quick and easy and I never have a problem.

Love this place and I recommend it to everyone before they pay $ 20 for a mobile detailer. Your car comes out amazing at the $ 5 package so upgrading only guarantees more awesomeness. I have not used there professional detailing services or any services outside the car wash. Why not 5 stars? It can be crowded and may not have room for you to vacuum. They should incorporate a 5 minute time limit like their competitors. Its vacuum and go not detail for 20 minutes.

Big mistake to go here if you have a new car with new finish/​clear coat. I made a costly mistake going here. Now if have fine scratches all over the entire car from the automated wash and the two employees that used bristled brushes on steel poles that started the paint damaging scrub prior to your car entering the automated wash which caused more automated paint/​finish damage. If you have an old car or really don’t care about maintaining the finish but want a very clean scrubbing and wash then this is your place. Just another car wash chain set up McDonalds style drive thru monopolizing on the drought.

Stopped by to get my car clean, pretty good car wash and it was sure quick. Not sure whats the different between the $ 10 and the $ 5 dollar car wash, since all the cars go though the car wash the same time. I did the $ 10 one, they got open spots for self vacuums after all services.
Overall probably better than the typical gas station car wash, but I had better Car wash for this price range somewhere else.
Will come back again, maybe get the $ 5 one. By the way I think is a good idea to bring some car cleaning supply to detail clean the car afterward.

They dont dont do a good job at all for the $ 15 special. They leave wax spots all over. But other than that its alright.

If you’re looking to just knock the dust off your ride but don’t want to spend the time and money at a full service car wash, stop wasting your money at the crappy gas station car washes and come here instead! They pre wash your car before you enter the drive through wash, the dryer and dryer time is decent, and they have free vacuums. All for 5 bucks. I’m sold!

I always do the $ 10 wash since I drive and work in a very dusty area.
It’s not perfect but it’s not bad either. My car comes out mostly clean. Usually there is still some little stuck on things. I also make sure I bring a cloth with me to dry what it misses.
The vacuums are free. They aren’t the strongest, and could probably use a cleaning themselves to clear out blocked hoses.
Overall, it’s my go to wash. It’s relatively close to home and takes only 5 minutes to run through.

Great five dollar wash! The guys do a pretty good job of getting off most things prior to wash. If you’re in a hurry and don’t want your web to look crazy, great place to go.

There are different levels of car washes here. I got their basic $ 5 wash. Nothing fancy. Staff were friendly. Car came out clean. Only gripe is their weak vacuums. Make sure you bring a towel to dry off your car completely.

This is an updated review, after coming here for a few times I realized car wash on weekdays are cleaner then weekends. It seems like they rush car through the tunnel faster when it’s muzzy. Would I still come here, yes, it’s closed to work and only express car wash around i think. But I am not very happy at the quality of the wash. My car was still dirty.

I was robbed of $ 120 at this place. Thought it would would be nice to get the wife’s car completely «professionally» detailed since I haven’t had the time to wash it often. When I went in for a quote, the guy asked to see the interior of the car first. This led me to believe they do a really good deep cleaning and just want to make sure they know what they are getting into before giving a price. They quoted $ 120 for wash, wax, clay bar, interior, the works plus $ 20 for engine cleaning and it would take 3 hours (no other cars were being detailed)
It’s a lot of money but I figured it’s worth doing once in a while. I took everything out of the car including trash and dropped the car off, it was 2:45. At 6 I had not received a call yet so I went to pick it up. 15 mins later they were finished and wanted me to take a look. The engine looked amazing, best $ 20 bucks ever spent. It looked like it just rolled off the factory. That was the end of the good news. I noticed a lot of water spots that I never noticed before. The guy told me they won’t come off, that I need an acid wash that costs $ 150 if I want them to come off. I pointed out some armor all over spray in a few areas and they wiped it off. Interior looked kinda the same. By this time it was dark and I couldn’t see well. Took it home.
This morning I went outside to give It a closer inspection. I now realize what a half ass job was done. Wax residue everywhere. Water spots in streaks that were oviously caused by a dirty rag. The windows were so dirty. Drips of armor all on the front grill and lights. There was tire shine applied but absolutely no attempt to clean the hub caps was made. Bugs on the front bumper that I could rub off with my finger.
Interior still had debris, Bobby pins, small wrappers. Absolutely no attempt to remove any stains in the interior was made. Like they gave it one quick pass.
I spent all valentine’s day morning re-​waxing the car myself, cleaning the windows, wheels and removing bugs and sap. It looks much better now, those water spots gone.
I am a fair person and would usually give the business the opportunity to right their wrong, but this was such an amateur job they did that I don’t think that they have the training or equipment to do the job correctly. Stick to the $ 5 wash at this place.
Edit: owner contacted me to apologize and to offer free re-​detail but I declined as the car did not need it anymore. Bumped rating up to 2 stars for the effort.

Don’t go here if you have a lowered car. It ripped a part of my undercarriage off and it’s now dragging on the ground. So now I have to go to the mechanic… At least my car is clean.

Five stars for $ 5. Granted not the best car wash but for $ 5 it’s the best. You can upgrade for $ 8 or $ 10 the best. You get the very basic wash & dry then add wax, tire armor. For another $ 2 You can even buy the after car wash wipe incase you forgot your towels to clean the small spots.
Start car in neutral and then the unit grabs your wheels while a two person team does a brush down. Then you go thru various cloth/​rubber roller brushes. Wax if purchased & fine rinse. Finally it pushes you thru the dryer. When you’re in a hurry this will do

Your visit can be as cheap, or as pricey as you need/​want it to be here. The wash is definitely better than anything that you can get at a service station.
Even the basic $ 5 wash package can get your dirty car clean enough. When factoring in that there’s no tokens or time limits to be wary of for the vacuums (free for use, no matter which package you choose), like at the service stations, it’s an awesome value. The vacuums for use after the wash could be stronger, but they might then be too strong for others, and they get the job done either way.
My only gripe is that it’s out of my way between home and work, so I can only frequent them on weekends, at best. Otherwise, the unlimited monthly car wash packages are a great value for what you get here. Detailers are also available on site during regular business hours, for those of you whose cars need a little more TLC.

$ 5 and one of the quick car washes I have been to. Extremely fast and I like their unlimited offer for $ 20 a month
The customer service is good too if you need he’ll with anything
It beats any of the gas station one
