I had the best experience with Carpet In. They were very friendly, explained everything carpet 101, and had the BEST prices by far. Went in on a Thursday, carpet by Tuesday! It was, by far, the easiest thing about our room redo!

We used Carpet In last year after being to several other flooring stores. I had a swatch sample of carpet I got at Home Depot and they were able to find the exact same one at a bigger discount. They verified that day to see if the manufacturer had enough rolls for our home size. Once they had it it was a three day turn around time to get the carpet and have it installed. This is a family operated business and they are very friendly and customer service oriented. The installers were very thorough and did their job quickly. The only thing I have a suggestion for Carpet In is to follow up with your customers after the job is complete to ensure your customers are satisfied with the job done.

We shopped for about a month for new carpet for our house and chose Carpet In based on what we wanted and the price they had. We also purchased about 200 sq. feet of tile as well for our dining room. It was a no-​nonsense transaction and didn’t have to worry about being sold something I didn’t want.
Installers were very friendly and spoke English. They worked hard. On the day the carpet was supposed to get installed they were about 6 hours late arriving and didn’t finish until about 9 p.m. They did good work though and cleaned everything up and we were happy to get the carpet installed that day.
I would recommend this place to anyone — it’s not as fancy as the big carpet stores but you will save money and get it done right.

We had purchased Quick-​Step laminate flooring from Carpet In as we planned to do that ourselves. They matched the best price I could find online and delivered it directly to the house within a week. We then had them carpet our entire upstairs and everything went according to plan. All in all, great pricing, good customer service, and keeps to their installation/​delivery schedule.

In search of carpet and laminate for our home in Corona, I came across Carpet In online. We received a great price, quality carpet, and fast service. Ordered flooring on Sunday, Monday they installed laminate, and Tuesday they installed Carpet. The only thing that bothered us what that their outside contractors that installed the flooring had to borrow tools and materials from us, ie. masking tape, power drill, extention cord. I figured they would have at least had some of their own supplies ready. It wasn’t a major issue though. The carpet and laminate look great and i would recommend them. Ask for Thomas.
