Deepak is one of the best of the best in the industry. He is always very professional, organized, and a team player. As a professional wedding planner well-​versed in Indian events, I always enjoy working with him and am confident that he will follow the timeline, stay on top of schedule, and read the crowd when it comes to dancing time! I would recommend Deepak to anybody looking for a great DJ for their wedding or special event.

Horrible customer service…
I called them last Saturday and left a detailed message and no one returned my call, than I called again on Monday and some guy answered and sounded very shady on the phone it’s like they didn’t want to do it or something you could of told me but anyways he took all the information and said he will call me back and he never did. Worst customer service ever I’m sure it’s their people giving them 5 starts cuz they don’t even deserve one start but Unilocal won’t let me give them a big zero!!!

I hired Deepak for an Indian wedding I planned for a client at Terranea after hearing great things about him from a friend. He was very professional and had a great attitude throughout the planning process. On the day of the event he showed up early and really came through. His mobile DJ performance had the entire resort joining in. The ceremony music was perfect and he kept guests on the dance floor until 2:00AM (10 hours). He has a great skill for reading the crowd and doing a mix of music genres to keep everyone happy (hip-​hop being my personal fav).
We ended up having a few hiccups with our lighting vendor and wished we had Precision handle that, in addition to their DJ services.
Deepak is now my go-​to guy for all Indian weddings. I highly recommend the Precision team.

We used Deepak and his team for our mendhi night, garba night, wedding, and reception in August 2014. He was an absolute pleasure to work with! He was full of great ideas to make our events look absolutely amazing! He transformed our outdoor events beautifully with his lighting and did an awesome job keeping the crowd energized and pumped during the reception!
For our mendhi night, the company we worked with for the outdoor Tent/​décor were already including some lighting with their setup and Deepak made sure we were not spending any extra/​unnecessary money by renting the same type of lights from him as well — his honesty, dedication, and patience was much appreciated!
We also had a karaōke setup outdoors during the mendhi night and my mom sang a few songs with his speaker system which everyone loved! Deepak was very helpful and patient with answering all my parents questions in detail and showing them how all his equipment/​lighting works.
The lighting at the Garba night (outdoors by the beach) looked absolutely beautiful! (photos attached)
Overall, the team at Precision Sound & Lighting take their work very seriously and I can always count on them to make any event spectacular!

Deepak did an amazing job for one of my clients weddings a couple months ago! Very professional and kept the party going! Highly recommend them for all events and weddings.

Deepak and his team did a wonderful job DJing our sangeet, baraat and wedding. We had a fusion Punjabi and Gujarati wedding and he was able to execute it successfully and keep both sides happy on the dance floor — be it raas or bhangra!
We had very specific playlist requests and also worked with Deepak from a long distance (we live on the east coast) but Deepak was nothing but accomodating to us. He went above and beyond his role as a DJ and even helped us in securing other vendors and work with our venues on certain details. His industry knowledge and personable character truly make him a dream to work with!
The job he did on lighting for our sangeet truly transformed the room and Deepak made sure that the event went seamlessly per our timeline — somehow he kept a room full of 200+ people happy, dancing, and entertained! I cannot reccomend him enough for your DJ and lighting needs.

We had Pritesh and his team for our 800 people wedding. Pritesh you guys did a great job! I had found Precision DJ here on Unilocal — I was looking for a Gujarati speaking DJ who could MC, provide mobile DJ, music for our wedding and reception.
Pritesh provided all of the above and more. He has a great personality, easy to work with, lot of suggestions. He just doesn’t try to make a sale, but was genuine and told us what we really need and not need for the setup, lighting etc. He was quick to reply to any emails, phone calls or make venue visits. He made us feel like family ! :) thank you for that !

We interviewed Deepak on a recommendation from our DJ friend. He showed up incredibly prepared and answered all our questions very professionally. We hired them because he provided us with a mix based on the music we liked within a few days.
We asked him to do our lighting and he gave us so many good ideas. During the reception, they did a great job with the lighting, MCing, and the music. They were great.

I use Precision ALL the time because they are always so professional and add value to any event. Deepak and Pritesh are great DJs and always cater the music to our tastes. We never even have to worry about them not having a particular song because they have so many! They set up early and efficiently and work really well with other vendors to ensure they are satisfied as well. And people are ALWAYS dancing! I recently also utilized them for lighting for an event and they did a fantastic job. They gave their recommendations based on the space and adjusted according to how everything was that day. Pritesh and Deepak are outstanding DJs. They were phenomenal in their services at my sister’s wedding and then we re-​hired them for my wedding a few years ago.
Very reliable, easy to work with, and very talented. From the time that they signed up for DJing at my wedding, they took ownership, and guided us through all the details that should be ironed out, like which song to play and when and for how long, etc. They helped us with the song choices too.
At the wedding, the music they played was very moving, and really created the right ambience. And at the reception, they definitely rocked the floor… EVERYONE, young and old, dancer or not, was on the dance floor!

I have had the opportunity and pleasure to be a guest at many of the events they have hosted and DJ’d in the past. These young lads are very professional, accommodating and truly know how to create a lasting, memorable moment. I highly recommend their services to whom ever wants the confidence of having a fabulous time!

We used Deepak for our wedding and reception July 2012! He was one of the easiest vendors to work with, and he was very reliable. He listened, gave ideas, but was never pushy. Many DJs I spoke to before were constantly texting and emailing me asking to sign contracts, however Deepak was completely opposite from all of them! He was very friendly and approachable which made things easier for me! He helped my friends make a 10 min skit/​dance mix which I know for a fact-​was so hard to work on. However, he would come over and stay late at night just to finish the mix for us. I thought that was just a great gesture and perfect customer service, he really didn’t have to do that.
Apart from this, Deepak did a great job with our lighting and set up! Our venue looked amazingly beautiful. We did not give him a list of songs or anything like many people do, I trusted his picks and all I can say is, I’m so glad I did! He is such a talented guy! Our wedding music fit appropriately with the ceremony and there was NOT once a dull moment on the dance floor at our reception. We literally had 200 people constantly on the dance floor the entire night. He did the introductions for the bridal party, family and bride and groom. He did such a great job managing to speak and play music at the same time. Him and his music were just that good!
A year later, we still have guests from many other states coming up to us to acknowledge how ‘awesome’ our DJ was! He truly had a hand in making our wedding memorable and unforgettable! Thank you Deepak!

Deepak of Precision Sound & Lighting DJ’d my wedding last August. We found him to be talented, professional, and personable. He was one of the easiest vendors to work with, and was very helpful with our (last minute) music selections for the ceremony and reception. Deepak also coordinated well with our other vendors. He had everyone — kids, adults, grandmas — on the dance floor during the reception. We hired Deepak from Precision Sound & Lighting for our May 12, 2012 wedding reception at the W Hollywood. Deepak is a professional and über responsive to any demanding clients’ needs. He provided lighting and DJ services and we are very pleased with the services provided.
The Great Room of the W Hollywood looked magical in blues and purples. The hotel tried to tell us that the room would not look good with uplighting because the walls were a very very dark grey. Deepak made them pop!
Everyone loved the music he played and people literally made me cut off the live band that had 10 more minutes to play so they could get back on the floor to Deepak’s spinning genius. People still come up to me and say «Your DJ was SO AWESOME! Where did you find him?» Actually, I found him right here on Unilocal!
And last but definitely not least, he did a great job handling the sound guys from the hotel. I did not want to deal with their questions about requirements and Deepak always took the initiative to call them, respond to emails, have discussions… whatever it took to resolve any open items. Much appreciated.

We hired Deepak for his lighting and DJing services our Sept 2012 wedding reception.
After reviewing and talking to many South Asian DJs in the Los Angeles area, we were just exhausted because none of the DJs really seemed right for us. Music and food are 2 things that your guests always remember so we didn’t want to settle for an average DJ.
When we contacted Deepak, we crossed our fingers and hoped for the best. We met Deepak in person and got along great. He was even nice enough to pay for our drinks, which I thought was wonderful customer service.
The one thing that we really liked about Deepak was that he wasn’t pushy at all. He made us feel comfortable and let us decide what we wanted and what we didn’t want.
On the day of, Deepak and his partner came on time and did an awesome job with the lighting and the music. All our guests had a lovely time.
The only reason I’m taking a star off is because when we had met Deepak, he had told us that he would send us a list of suggestions for some songs and we never got it even after sending him a couple of email reminders.
But other than that small issue, Deepak is a great person to work with and you won’t be disappointed with his services!

I hired Pritesh Chandarana of Precision DJ’s for my wedding and reception. I highly recommend him. Pritesh was always on point and very responsive. Anytime I would email him about anything I would get a response back within hours. The one thing that I really like about Pritesh is his strong communication skills. We didn’t have an MC for our wedding so he had to do all the introductions which he did in a very classy and professional manner. He was also very good about playing all the songs that we wanted played during the wedding and reception. Also, any last minute changes he was able to able to make them without getting frazzled.
Overall, our experience with Precision DJ’s was a very positive one and we would highly recommend them for any occasion.

Pritesh Chandrana of Precision DJ’s and his crew have done an amazing job at the several events that we have hired them for over the last 3 years. It is a real pleasure to work with them because of their accommodating personalities coupled with their professional demeanor. They are able to adapt to various situations and meet the needs without any hesitation.
Pritesh is very capable in assisting with the planning, organization and of course the music rocks. He is very skilled and has always gone above and beyond the contract requirements to ensure that the events were a success.
Their commitment to the client doesn’t start on the day of the event. In fact, they have helped ensure that even the minutest details related to AV department were taken care of by talking to the venue, tracking down the AV guy, checking out their equipment, ensuring the acoustics of the room would be perfect for the event. They also followed up and obtained all soundtracks ahead of time to helping us ensure that there were no technical issues or glitches. In addition, they were always there to coordinate the little details with the family members, suggesting songs for the entrances, first dance etc. They had a knack for sensing the mood on the dance floor and were able to transition to different tracks easily to ensure that people stayed on the dance floor.
The events were a hit and best of all it was one less thing that we had to take care of because they are very reliable and on top of it. Pritesh has always handled the events as if it is a family event and not just a contract.
I would highly recommend them because of their professionalism, flexibility, reliability, and talent.
