Just got off the phone with Zack. It was 7:45 and he said he was closed… 15 min early because he was ‘tired’, then had the nerve to give me attitude! Last time I shop there!

Came thru again for their super-​sale they had happening. Was definitely worth the drive, was able to re-​up on some BCAA, Protein, Prewrkout, and got laced with a shaker cup, the sale was definitely a comeup. Cheaper prices then amazon and anywhere online when they have thje supersales…
This is usually the only place i’ll go pick up supplements locally, VitmanShoppe has less selection at a higher price.

We’ve shopped here once in the 6 years we’ve lived only blocks away. We choose to drive to the Vitamin Shoppe at The Crossings bc the reps are much more knowledgeable and less sales driven. The Sales people at GNC pushed GNC products on us instead of giving us educated information about various products we were looking for and kept trying to get us to buy more useless stuff and they were pricey. The integrity of the Vitamin Shoppe employees greatly surpass those at GNC on ALL levels. As a local, I choose not to give them my business.

Great store! I walked in and was looking for a new pre workout and was immediately greeted by RC. He was really knowledgable and even gave me a free sample of the pre-​workout! A+++ — would definitely return!

I hate going into nutrition and health shops b/​c the owners and workers are not knowledgeable or dont care for health and the products they are selling. This store was different, Arsalan Gauhar, the employee that was working was very knowledge able about all. tge products in the store and very helpful. He was a gym rat and actually knows what he is talking about. He was very helpful and recommended the products for my body type and gym routine.

I was in the area recently and needed to re-​up my supplements. Luckily, I was able to find this location and will definitely come back! The knowledgeable staff helped me choose a great pre-​workout, biotin, whey protein, green super-​food, and vitamin mixes for my endurance training (triathlete, century-​bike rides)! I also noticed the store was very clean and organize, a huge plus!
Thanks again to the gentleman that helped me with all my products, I’ll be back soon!

This is an excellent location. I always come here to stock up on my hair, skin, and nails vitamins and other beauty products.
The staff is great and I can always count on Syed to answer any questions I have on other supplements! I often purchase protein powder and pre-​workout drinks before my workout. I definitely recommend this store for any health junky looking for good customer service.

I love GNC, however when I come to this location on Sunday mornings the service here is not that great and the guy is not knowledgeable. I recently came in with a offer that I received online and he was quick to dismiss me before I even explained what it was. All he said is they don’t participate in those. Not helpful and I’ll stick with a corporate location for now on because the indie shops like this one tend to have there own rules and service. Love GNC but very disappointed with this shop.

Younger sales associate has terrible customer service. I was in line behind a female customer, and then this associate gave her all of these freebies/​samples and was chatting her up while processing her purchase (which was a bottle of pill supplements). I cannot believe this guy was hitting on this customer with me and another person in the store! When I finally got to purchase my items, he was very short with me and said, «Is that all?». I asked, «So, can I get some free samples too?» He simply ignored me. I will not purchase from this GNC again for lack of customer service and apparently this associate’s use of his job to hit on girls.
