Velocity Sports Performance

To find a workout that kicks your butt, motivates you and keeps you coming is quite a challenge. BUT, I found it. It’s called VELOCITY Sports Performance. It is killer. If you need external motivation for workouts, this is your place. A good friend (a total workoutaholic) turned me on to this place. So, imagine every time you go to the gym, you have a trainer that puts you through different workouts. Sprints, stretching, core, plyometrics, weights, you name it. Its creative and definitely keeps you pumped up. There are various instructors all with slightly different styles, but all with sports physiology backgrounds (minimum a bachelors degree). No fly by night certifications here. These guys and gals know there stuff and use it ALL. I have only been coming for a few weeks now, but am feeling stronger and fitter every day. There are morning, mid day and evening classes and the class sizes tend to be small. These are the adult classes. They also have stuff for children. From what I see these kids do, I think EVERY kid should be off the couch in here doing this. I recommend you come down and check it out for yourself and trial it out. Then get the whole family involved and you will save money too. The place is not cheap but you pay by the month and go as much as you like. To tell you the truth, you pay for the «personal training» you get in three sessions based on how much you would pay for a trainer at another gym. And you can come 24 – 25 times a month if you want (and even take more than one class a day if you are that gung ho!). Check it out, it’s GREAT!
