Ruben is more than a trainer. He is a knowledgeable leader in many respects. He has a sense of humor than will keep you on your toes, as well as that charm and charisma that everybody wishes they had. He keeps you focused on the big picture, as well as being in tune with the moment. Any time spent with Ruben is worth every penny. Five stars for his training and life coaching!

AMAZING doesn’t begin to describe Ruben’s gift for inspiring others to be their best. BODY-​Ruben knows your ability beyond what you do and uses his vast knowlege and experience to develop the right plan. MIND-Ruben’s workouts have strengthened my focus and «white noise» long after my workout. SPIRIT-​Making sure they are connected is his forte, he truly, truly cares.
