Specialties
Welcome to Project Serenity! We are a therapeutic massage studio located in Concord, California that specializes in sports massage, pain management and injury rehabilitation.
Correne Cook, CMT, believes in results oriented customized sessions specifically designed for each individual. There are many modalities to choose from, but I am a firm believer that one size does not fit all. Every body is unique and needs may vary in different areas of the body. My technique offers any combination of Deep Tissue, MFT (Myofascial Therapy), Trigger Point, Shiatsu, Sports, Swedish, etc. (well, you get the point).
Project Serenity also offers mobile massage services from track side (races and moto events) to in-home services (outcalls), and corporate events.
History
Established in 2012.
Hello, my name is Correne Cook, the owner and founder of Project Serenity. I graduated with Honors from the National Holistic Institute and am a Certified Massage Therapist.
My passion for massage has taken me away from the corporate world and on a path to improve other’s lives through the therapeutic and healing touch of massage. Serenity is defined as the quality or state of being serene; clearness and calmness; quietness; stillness and peace.
Project Serenity represents my next project in life, which is to promote and create a healthier lifestyle, in turn creating a state of serenity for both myself and clients.
