After working as a senior engineer for Exxon in his native Brazil, Leo came to the United States and trained as an electrician with Pacific Gas and Electric. Five years later he started his own electrical contracting services company in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Since 2007, Leo has been working in the East Bay’s «Green Corridor» with companies like Solar City and Advanced Home Energy, helping homeowners qualify for clean energy rebates and incentives from PG&E and the state of California.
