Established in 2006.

Planet Orange has pioneered the use of several eco-​friendly products in the Bay Area, including a revolutionary treatment for termites using orange oil, an insulation product for homes that is made from recycled denim jeans and a full line of 100% botanical pest control products. We continue to innovate and expand our services to encompass all HomeGreening services. I was considering the tent-​fumigation route and decided against it for multiple reasons. Look for an alternative approach to my termite issue, I reached out to Planet Orange. And, my experience with Planet Orange has been outstanding throughout the entire process. I started with the web response form on a Sunday and was promptly called back on Monday to set up an appointment. Then Enrique came out a few days later, both showing up on time and being very thorough in his inspection and the quoting process. Yesterday, had the work done by Lance and Robert who showed up on time and did a fantastic job! They were thorough, went the extra mile, kept my house clean and were very professional. These two individuals are where the rubber meets the road with this company and they were outstanding. This has been a good experience and I gladly recommend Planet Orange to anyone who needs termite work performed. Thanks very much Planet Orange!

The crew is soooooo patient! I know they do this all the time but I certainly feel very good when people or companies who come to my house take time to make me feel comfortable of the work they are about to perform.
The scheduling process was very simple and easy (they answer questions on the phone as well). Shane and Robert showed up on time and then walked me through what they are going to do.
They used booties to keep my house clean and we very respectful of my home while treating and killing the termites.
Afterwards they let me know when they were finished and walked me to all the areas treated (I loved this part).
Very pleased and will continue to use at me properties.

When remodel on our bathroom they found termites. I called Planet Orange they came on my next off day. Enrique Cano was polite, professional, & thorough. Within 24 hrs of writing my last review I received a email the their CEO and a phone call from Scott from Planet Orange. Scott apologized for the issue I had, gave me 50% off of my service, booked me a appointment immediately, followed up after service and gave me his cell number to contact him directly. I am very impressed how fast they followed up and corrected the issue. Victor came out and serviced my property, he was very knowledgeable and took the time to make sure I was happy. No one is perfect and we all make mistakes. Thank you Planet Orange for stepping up and making it right!

Called today. Spoke to three different people who all asked me the same question (reason for my call). I explained the reason of my call to all three. I also told the third person that I had been transferred twice before getting to her. She said, «Don’t worry. I’ll transfer you to the right guy» and was transferred AGAIN … to voicemail!
«Orange you glad you called?» …NOPE.

can honestly say the stuff does NOT work. Termites still in my house. guys are nice and all but wished I had done the tent and usual way to get rid of termites. I am now getting someone else to do the work again.

What a nice little gem to find in Concord area. I have a couple of rental properties in the south bay as well as the east bay. The ability to have the same company service both locations is really nice.
I started service a couple of months ago and the techs have always been on time and call the night before to remind me of their appointment the following day. They take the time to answer my questions… The more comfortable I feel they are going to get rid of my unwanted house pest, the better.
Overall, the service is predictable and consustent. The office is available to answer questions or reschedule if necessary.

We decided to use Planet Orange for our termite problem at our house in Santa Clara. The concept made sense for convenience reasons so we didn’t have to move out or pack up any food. The service techs were on time but the service didn’t exactly go as planned. The reason we are giving 5 stars is for the excellent followup and customer service following an accident during the service.
The service seemed to go fine but later we discovered there was a problem. The technician had accidentally cut an electrical wire under the house during the service. It went unnoticed until after the service was completed. After coming back home and discovering the problem, we got an electrician out to fix it. Once I contacted Planet Orange the next day and let them know, they offered to refund my money I paid the electrician for repairs even though their contract stated they weren’t liable. I really appreciate the great customer service and followup, and I am still satisfied with the work done. As with any service, sometimes there are mistakes, but the way a company handles those mistakes is really important, almost as important as the initial service. Thank you Planet Orange for great followup and customer service.

The best customer service out there!
My rental house had a termite problem so I called a different company and scheduled an inspection which they never showed up to! I then called Planet Orange in the concord location being that my rental is in the same city and was instantly more satisfied. Scheduler Araceli and inspector Dave were so professional, kind and always answered the phone when I called them. They were able to meet me for the inspection within a days from when i called for and inspection and had the report and quote for the damage very quickly after that. I just wanted the house to be tented and the report specified an exact price for that service. As well as the localized treatment option. The inspector was very great at explaining the difference between subterranean and dry wood termites and the difference of damage caused by both. Im very glad and happy i call this company for my termite treatment. Besides Free inspection is always a great deal right? I will definitely use them and refer them to my family and friends. If they ever need termite control like i did. Thank you planet Orange.
