History

Established in 2005.

Fit-​2-​The-​Core was established in 2005. Tim Rudd the owner first started as an independent contractor running his business out of Maverick’s Sports Club until 2009, where he helped hundreds of local residents change their lives. In 2009 Tim opened up his own GYM in Clayton CA. continuing to service local residents helping them reach goals they never thought possible. In 2012 F2C moved to Concord, CA; to a bigger facility in the Trader Joe’s Shopping Center, continuing to serve the community and provide outstanding service and result to its members. F2C is family owned and is here to serve its members, they truly are the most important of our day.
