Elevate Design Build

I am a want a be handyman around the house but I do not like crawling up in the attic. I had Elevate come out to the house 3 times already to install a ceiling fan, a dining room light fixture and outside lighting. I have bee extremely impressed at the professional performance and dedicated service received from Elevate staff. They came in, analyzed the problem, recommended the fix and repaired the issue. The staff has provided me with tips on how to approach repair issues and are always willing to assist in any way possible. I do recommend Elevate Design Build for any repair or remodeling projects you may have. They are fair priced and dependable to get the job done properly.

Greg and Justin are AMAZING!
There really isn’t enough great things we can say about Elevate Design Build. We hired them to renovate a 1950’s flat top home and the finished results are fantastic! I showed Justin my ideas and he developed a design that would bring contemporary and character to an extremely outdated home.
Once the designing was done, Greg managed the entire project, even when his assistant took over for a brief period; Greg still remained very much involved. His dedication to make sure we as homeowners were satisfied, made working with Elevate Design Build very easy. Greg was always prompt in communication and quickly resolved any issues or worries we as first time renovators threw at him. His patient and attention to detail did not go unnoticed.
There is no doubt in my mind that Greg and Justin are experts in what they do, and I would recommend them to any friend looking to take on a monster project, or even the smallest of jobs. They’ve exceeded my expectations and we are extremely pleased with their skills, quality of work, and workmanship.

We chose Elevate Design Build for two renovation projects: new baseboards and new mirrors/​mirror frames.

Product ordering was efficient. Greg personally delivered samples for our consideration as soon as they arrived. Scheduling and installation were seamless.

We have hired these guys to paint our 1900 sqf deck. Part of the deck is 4 years old and part of the deck is probably 10 + years old.
They got here on time and did everything we asked for at a very reasonable price.
They are professional and paid attention to details.

This company is who my propert manager uses for fixes at our place. They always do a good job, but last nights repair stood out a little more. They had val call us and she is sweet as ever. They sent Jovan to actually do the work and he was AMAZING. He was so kind to my daughter, he was so respectful of our home, and our items. He was such a friendly nice guy, and did great work. Everything we asked, he did or had an answer for. He was very informative and efficient. I could not give this guy more props! I am still smiling just thinking about how awesome he did and how he was so kind, cleaned up after himself and was just generally such a respectful man. So over all thank you Jovan! I hope someone of importance can see this!

Justin helped us remodel a significant portion of our home including the master bedroom, master bath and kitchen. We removed a wall to open up the kitchen. He was very creative and gave us several options. Justin and his team was very professional, trustworthy, and cleaned up after each day. They stayed very close to our schedule too. I will be hiring him again for our next project.

Wanting to do a remodel and having to work with space constraints and HOA compliance, we went to Justin with our wish list and crossed fingers. This remodel included pushing out exterior walls to enlarge existing rooms, and bathroom and closet remodels so we were very concerned about a successful outcome.
Justin came over to meet with us and determine our highest priorities on our wish list. After that was settled, Justin visually assessed the scope of the remodel and took his pix and measurements. He completed the design and drawings and was hands on taking the project through construction.
Justin is a very pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable and extremely easy to work with. After we met with Justin, there was no question we made the right choice. He overcame every obstacle to match the remodel with our wish list. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Justin to anyone considering a remodel of any size. Great Job!
