A well planned consultation is encouraged for the Spring & Fall and is free of charge. Free estimates are provided on weekdays & weekends. I have a huge tree that needs cleaning up and some branches removed to expose the streetlights better in my are. I also have a little tree that needs twigs cut down to the nubs. I was referred to them by my neighbors. So I called them Thursday morning. I was helped by a very gracious and polite lady who said the «scheduler» would call me after his lunch break because she also knew I needed service at least by Friday morning. I didn’t get a call til 5pm Friday. That was a long lunch break. Great customer service. Makes me question the validity of the other comments made for this company. Most likely family or friends commenting.

Used them to prune a 60 year old cedar which had never seen any form of upkeep in its life along with cutting back a dead walnut tree which would certainly fall on the house given a strong wet winter. I liked the fact that when I initially booked the job, I was answered by a human right off the bat. The estimator Adam was professional and gave me a good quote. The guys doing the work were friendly, answered questions and did a lovely job. Will use them again because of this experience and I have a lot of tree’s to keep them busy!

We needed the dead fronds cleaned off a tall palm tree. We call 4 different tree companies. We could only reach people at two of them. For one of the two we could reach, they twice scheduled time for estimates and failed to show both times (and didn’t even try to reschedule a third). Chandler’s team showed up precisely when they said they would for both the estimate and the service! They also did a thorough job cleaning up the debris.

Super happy with these guys! I Had trees trimmed last year in November 2014. Everyone was very professional throughout. Great to know that they have insurance too. Appointments taken on-​time for both estimate and the actual work. We had about 10 trees trimmed. My husband and I were amazed at how fast the trimmers worked. They cleaned up and were careful around our cars and property. Everything took maybe 2 hours. We will be calling them again for future tree maintenance.

These guys are the best. They know what they are doing, are generous with their knowledge and really went the extra mile to help me with a difficult situation. We had an old heritage oak that was about to fall on our house and we needed to move it through the county asap as a «hazadard» and not something requiring a permit. Emily contacted the county and lobbied for us. The county inspected, agreed and they took out our tree before the storm. What a treat to have someone so responsive. Thank you Emily and crew. Pam R

We recently purchased a home that was completely rebuilt. the house was great, but the trees had clearly been neglected for years. Adam from Chandler came out and spent a great deal of time with me examining each tree and suggesting what could be done for each. I hired them to do the work which included trimming a number of trees and removing 2 others. They came out with a large crew and immediately went to work efficiently and effectively. They were very neat and mindful of a newly installed lawn. I was really impressed with this company from start to finish and would not hesitate to recommend them and use them again.

I just used Chandler for multiple stump removals. Even though my stumps weren’t that big, they came with a 3-​man crew and a big daddy stump grinder that really took care of business in no time. It was an all around A+ experience from the first phone call to the free estimate to the actual job. Very professional. VERY affordable.

Michael and crew came out to trim my 2 giant Deodar Cedars away from my roof and power lines. They showed up on time, trimmed the tree and cleaned up. The entire crew was professional, competent and very efficient. Michael clearly communicated the work being done and was very easy doing business with. Highly recommended!!!

Chandler’s Complete Tree Care took a huge dead pine tree out of my front (small suburban) yard this week. The crew was on time and very professional. They worked as quickly as they safely could and cleaned up well before leaving. The tree was close to overhead wires and some of the large branches were near my neighbor’s house. The price was more than reasonable for the size of the job. We will be using them again for a large job at my daughter’s house because they were just that good.

Years ago Chandler’s did work for us and for our neighbors. When it came time again for MAJOR tree trimming it was an easy call to make because we were happy the first time. Within a day of calling I received a fair quote for the work which was then quickly scheduled and completed with the utmost of proficiency and care. It was a huge job. They cleaned up before leaving and besides my much thinned out trees you’d never know they were here. I love that they are a family business who is responsive and cares about what they do. We just had Chandler Tree Service out to remove two very large cedar trees. They were quite huge and leaning so we had to take them down. The crew showed up with 7 men, a boom truck, and large (very quiet) chipper, They started work shortly after 8am and had both trees completely down and everything cleaned up by lunch time. The crew worked very well together and all had proper safety equipment.
We also had them come back and take care of the removal of the stump, which they also did a professional job. Very happy with all the work they performed for us.

My landscaper Jason (A&J Landscaping) referred me to Chandler’s. I needed serious cutting/​trimming/​shaping done to 3 large trees in our front & back yards. They did a great job & have a friendly, professional crew. My neighbors were worried about falling debris (my trees hang over 2 other yards). There was no need to worry! Neighbor called & said not ONE stump or branch fell into her yard. Highly recommended!

What a wonderful company! I have used them before, and both times they have been quick and efficient. The business is family owned and run, and some members of the crew have worked for them for over a decade. The guys in the crew watch each other to make sure everyone is safe, and work as a team to get it all done fast. They cleaned up the area afterward so you would never know they had been there. Emily, the owner, is a very nice lady and meets many of her clients personally. With her wonderful sons also working with the company, I’m sure that is why repeat business is a norm.
