History

Established in 1971.

Since 1971, The Conservatory of Piano has provided unparalleled continuity in piano lessons. Teaching over 8000 students in our 44 year history, The Conservatory has successfully taught students of all ages and backgrounds, including students with special needs, physical and mental disabilities as well as those from the mainstream. Our goal remains to make the piano accessible to everyone. Our methodology, which is based on an academic approach to music reading, has been honed over our history, and works to stimulate the whole student.

From our humble beginnings on East Broad Street, the Conservatory has expanded to 3 locations. With a current enrollment of over 600 students, our three locations (Worthington, Dublin, and New Albany) continue to flourish.
