Not sure why this place is rated so low. Been here a couple times and it was really good both times. Beijing beef and Sweet Fire chicken are really good. Got our food quickly and the people there were very friendly. Spring rolls are tasty too.

Update on this review. Still pretty much the same. I went in. and they were gonna close in like 40mins. All the cooks bailed earlier which left the poor girls working the counter and drive-thru in a tight-spot. Trying to serve customers with no food coming out of the kitchen! They had no chow-mein.so i had to wait 15mins for that. And no pepper chicken. So i had to wait another 15mins for that. Normally I wouldn’t have waited that long. but i drove from London specifically for this Pepper Chicken. so thankfully the woman manager stepped up to the plate and got in the kitchen to cook. i did appreciate that. especially since i drove all that way and waited all that time. I wish they would bring the Honey Sesame chicken back. Why do they keep taking it away?! Everyone loves it! They probably can’t keep up with the demand. I will say the girl who i always see working the drive-thru with the pretty eyes. i’m pretty sure her nationality is from India. could be wrong. but. She is excellent and does try her best to give great fast service. She can’t do everything unfortunately. Give the girl a raise!

One of the better panda expresses, always pretty fresh and tasty. Way better than the grove city location, also has many more items on the menu than the grove city location.

Today I had my first Panda Express experience and man was I DISSAPOINTED. Eating at this place is like eating at McDonald’s when you’re used to home cooked meals and you parent is a master chef. The quality of the food was downright bad. The orange chicken had the texture of cardboard and just tasted cheap. The rice was alright but still had the cheap microwave taste and look. I ate here at of desperation. I really wanted Chinese food and I was out of town. Struggling to find a locally owned Chinese place, we came here. And it’s as americanized as it looks. It’s fast, it’s cheap, it’s not good. Stick to your local Chinese restaurant. Shootout to my favorite Chinese restaurant Dragon1.

Gross. Ordered the mushroom chicken bowl with chicken fried rice. Vegetables were very mushy chicken was snappy and rice was greasy. Super yuck!

I don’t quite understand why so many people say Panda Express’s food is bad. I think their food is delicious and much more«Chinese» than any other places with«wok» in their names or Chinese food in mall food courts. As for this specific spot, I was pleasantly surprised by how clean it was inside. We were greeted by smiling faces and we were served with fresh and steaming food. What’s great is this place lists all the calories(plus protein) of each dish. I think this is a great step forward for fast food restaurants! I’ll definitely be visiting more!

I’ve never had any of the issues that people have been writing about. This place obviously is «fast food» so don’t expect much better service than a McDonald’s but the Chinese food tastes very good. I like that they list the calorie count that is helpful when trying to eat smarter.

The place was very clean and tidy all the food looked fresh except the crab rangoons. They must of been sitting there for a little while they were crispy and kinda cold in the middle. But the beef and rice were hot and fresh we were greeted when we came in which is nice but I’ve never really had a bad exp here at Panda Express. They are franchised so the owner will keep it nice and ppl comming back as much as possible. A very nice place to eat to get some American Chinese food!

Extremely bad service. Waited 8 minutes for our food at the drive through to then be asked to come back since the register isn’t working. And since she had handed us the drink portion of our kids meal she asked for it back. Panda Express goes out of our diet forever.

Panda Express on Hilliard Rome Rd has the worst customer service and terrible at getting food out to there customers who have been waiting 30 mins. That’s not fast food. I will never go there again. P. S. I hate finding hair in my shrimp

Kinda like the McDonald’s of Oriental styled food. Inside, you can get your food, eat, and be out the door in about 20 minutes. So, they live up to the«Express» part of their name. Like McDonald’s, Panda has processed, process-oriented food. Unlike McDonald’s, Panda Express has real vegetables available. Many people give McDonald’s 4 stars, so, given the business model of Panda Express, I’ll give it a solid 3 stars. Lighten up folks. This is not meant to be haute cuisine.

on par with mall food. awful. the food is awful and the portions are tiny and it’s over priced. i would give it zero stars if I could. frozen chinese food from the grocery store would be better.

Worst Spring Roll I have ever eaten. If you come here to expect Chinese-American cuisine then stop and go somewhere else. This is American food with a Chinese theme. The food is sitting there Buffet style for quick in-n-out dining. This was why i finally broke down and stopped in here. We were hungry and ordering and waiting on Chinese food would take too long. I probably won’t be coming back here. The decent thing about the place is the Paw Paw plate for close to $ 7. You can get 3 entrees and a side. I would probably choose buying the pound at the nearby Chinese but at least this gives variety. The Spicy Chicken dish was decent. The inside décor is nice and it is quick.

Been to this Panda Express a couple of times and I have yet to be impressed with the food there. I love chinese food, but this just doesnt seem to be doing it for me. There just doesnt seem to be any consistentcy in the food or maybe I am just ordering the wrong stuff. I dont know. Seems like this place does very well — it is always busy when we drive by.
