We have tried this several times and always been disappointed. Food is awful. Dried up and unappealing. The buffet is not fresh and is not maintained. Sushi was warm… yuck. I came away wondering when the food poisoning would commence. I will not be giving this restaurant any more chances.

First and last time here. Food was barely warm and not fresh. We didn’t finish our plates it was so bad. One trip up for each for the two of us plus one soda…$ 25!!! Headed to taco bell to fill us up.

As far as Asian buffet, I think they’re my go to in columbus. Here’s the thing, you’re going to a buffet, if you’re expecting top notch restaurant quality food maybe you’re going to the wrong place. I went for Friday night dinner $ 12.99, lobster blue crab, crab leg, crayfish, clam. Those are just the seafood section. Does it get crowded? Yes. Does it get annoying when people just pile up their plate with lobster and u ain’t getting any? Yes. I’m not here to debate that fact or deduct restaurant a star because of that, my rating is based on quality and value, not ambiance and in my book they deserve 4 star.

Love their buffet! The place can get loud and cramped and isn’t where I would go for a lovely evening out. But I often go in and get take out. They have a huge selection of seafood, but be careful if doing take out as that ups the price quite a bit, even the fried crab ragoons/wontons will make your entire box priced the seafood price. But they get some interesting things like blue crab and crawfish. Their sautéed bok Choy is my favorite, lo mein is also good.

I’ve been here numerous of times with my family, but I felt like today I should finally write a review. I love the crawfish here. I think it’s the only place where I would go to eat unlimited crawfish. With that being said, the only food I would eat here would probably only be the crawfish. Their sushi bar(to me) looked unappetizing. It did not look fresh, and it was left out openly where kids can easily touch it with their hands. The restaurant can get pretty packed and loud on the weekends. Normally I wouldn’t mind but a majority of the tables has at least one screaming kids running around or crying. It can get a bit obnoxious after a while. Overall, food is decent for a buffet. I would come back again just for the crawfish though. Mmmmmm.

I’m already done with my first plate and I’m starting my review. This place is great so far. Food is delicious and I was pleasantly surprised by the selection of sushi. Would recommend to anyone.

Not sure who is writing the negative reviews on this place! Decided to give it a whirl despite the 2.5 stars on Unilocal.Expected a dump with mediocre food. Pleasantly surprised to find a large variety of sushi, seafood and standard Chinese dishes that were very good. The place was packed and the buffet food was hot and fresh. The price was right at $ 12.98 for the dinner buffet considering the variety of seafood and sushi. Give it a try!

I have been here before, but I waited close to a year because of the mediocrity of last time… I was rewarded with a fantastic overhaul upon today’s return! The Staple of Chinese food(in America) is General Tso’s chicken. WOW! I have not had such flavorful general’s chicken before! Over the top! To counter that awesomeness, their fried rice seemed more steamed with veggies than fried. No color & pretty tasteless. Honey chicken, eh, take it or leave it this time. The Rangoons, that’s where others can fall short. Not here! They are so sweet, plump & not stingy with filling, and oh, so good! Their sweet and sour sauce is the perfect thickness to stick to the food, and yet thin enough to conserve the amount on each piece. That leads me to the sweet & sour chicken. Massive pieces! Good ratio of bread ding to chicken, so there wasn’t a need to hunt for the chicken inside. The only real thumbs down was the éclair. It was very bland and I think it had gone bad. Not a deal breaker, just avoid that next time. Fantastic trip this time! Great value for the reasonable price. I will be back!

No pros or cons for this location. Just don’t go here. Seriously. For your health. I went here once at the plea of my sister in law and will never return. I was horrified at the overall dingy appearance, the raw fish sitting out on the countertops where any child could easy run their hands all over it(and out of the refrigerated area) and the dirty glass I received. The whole place screamed«run down» including the bathroom which had no soap and only one functioning stall. Later that week I saw this place on the news for being so dirty. I preached an «I knew it» at my sister in law and vowed to never return.

We went during lunch time and there wasnt alot of people. The waitress was not friendly and our table was not set. There was a decent amount of food to select but majority of them were stale or old looking. There was a sushi bar but even the sushi didnt look very fresh. Maybe its better during dinner time when the cost is a little more expensive

Unappetizing Food Rude and Lazy Servers Dirty Restaurant Uncaring Management Their food isn’t good anymore. Even by buffet standards, it’s pretty flavorless. Some of it wasn’t really all that warm. Can room temp sushi be a good thing? The only 2 items I got that were good(not great) were the crab rangoon and the seafood bake, that’s it. And yeah, like Tiffany C. said in her review, their lo mein was made with spaghetti noodles instead of lo mein noodles. Service is a lost art here. Their servers walk past without looking left or right, ignore drink refill requests, don’t clear dirty plates and they also have no problem darting around /cutting off guests without so much as an «excuse me» or «sorry». My table had several sticky spots and the bench seating had a couple of rips in it. I didn’t notice it until I got up to leave but there was a mess of old food under my table too. The men’s room smelled like urine, the floors were sticky and the sink looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a week. Would I pay $ 10.99 for this again? Nope. I gave this place 4 stars in August 2013 but now it’s 1 star at best. Like Tiffany C. says in her review: «That went south real quick.»

Woah, Nelly!’ That went south real quick. The food here is pretty much to the point where it’s inedible… Unless you enjoy eating tasteless chunks of food. When the thought comes to you«I hope I don’t get sick from this.» comes to your mind. I would believe that is a red flag that I should refrain from giving this place my business. It’s gotten filthy, dingy and downright disgusting. For what you are dishing out price wise… It’s not compensated quality wise. Yes, I know buffets are there to feed masses, but passing off spaghetti noodles as lo mien? Who the fuck are you kidding… Seriously? I’d advise that if you’re reading this and contemplating a trip, that you’d just skip this place. It’s not worth the regret.

Disgusting. Quality of food is poor and cleanliness is horrible. Food spilled everywhere. Food all over floors in kitchen. Napkins and trash all over floor in kitchen where everyone can see. Bathroom smells of old urine. Someone was picking their nose and flinging boogers around(an adult, not a kid). Been here a handful of times and tonight is the last time I will ever bring my family here. Staff can’t get drunk orders right. Staff not talkative or friendly. Avoid this place and go somewhere else.

Until the experience I had tonight this place had some redeeming qualities as far as local Chinese buffets are concerned. Considering the price, the fare was decent and even had several sushi and nigiri options which, in my experience with Chinese buffets, was a great find. While the sushi and nigiri were far from being the best I’ve had, I was very happy to find a buffet that offered it, and it was not bad for the price you pay. The salad and dessert options never looked like anything I’d want to try since they always looked pretty generic, but seeing as how this is a Chinese buffet I’d always prefer sticking with more of the Asian type fare. Here is where things turn bad: Upon dining here tonight there were two things that made me never want to come back. After sitting down from getting our food from the buffet we noticed a cockroach crawling on the wall next to our table. We took a couple napkins, smashed it and let it fall to the floor. We managed to stay and finish our first plate of food, despite being disgusted by what had just happened. After finishing our brief meal I went to the restroom before leaving and noticed one of the kitchen staff had used the urinal and left the restroom without washing his hands. Before tonight’s experience I would have been happy to give this place a 3-star rating, but I just can’t now. The things I mentioned above were just disgusting to me, and I will not be back.

I came here a few months ago with my roommate, and remembered it being delicious. after coming back today, I think it was more the hangover I had last time than the food itself. I rarely eat at buffets, and when I do almost always order off the menu. that’s evidently not an option here. today’s experience only served to reinforce that practice. most of the food was soggy, and the options weren’t exactly mind blowing. the salad bar was equally unpalatable. the hibachi grill lacked a number of items(carrots, snow peas, water chestnuts) that seem obvious. the chef also completely overcooked it. overall a very meh experience… it’s cheap though. $ 8 for lunch buffet. will I return? probably not.

An Asian buffet with a lot of food dish choices, with a lot of seafood options, including sushi and hibachi, but no dishes really stand out to me. A lot of overly salted, food with mediocre flavor. The sushi was dry, with one piece of sashimi that was completely dried out when I got it. I did really like the soy milk though, which I know is an unusual thing oblige about a buffet, but I really thought that the soy milk was freshly pressed, and good consistency. My boyfriend also liked the crawfish. Other than that, the seafood was subpar and not really worth going for. Service is alright, nothing notable good or bad. I went during a Friday late evening and it was pretty packed, so just FYI. It’s a little difficult to find the parking lot, I made a wrong turn and ended up in the church next door, so just a heads up.

This place has such a beautiful, impressive sushi bar. I LOVE to eat sushi here! I do eat some of their other hot foods on the bar but I am always drawn to the sushi. Their hot & sour soup is always good. One of my favorites! I haven’t tried the hibachi grill yet but hope to possibly with the next visit. The staff at the front of the house are always nice however the wait staff needs to be a little more happy, bubbly, perky.

Sunday evening and this place was packed. It’s hard to knock a restaurant for doing good business, but unfortunately it did lead to a bad dining experience and I probably won’t come back, or at the very least on any weekend evening. They had a fair share of terrible people eating here. There are parents who let their kids run wild, and the staff doesn’t do anything about it. I went with my two kids, and yes they sometimes get a little loud, but I hush them up pretty quickly and they stick by my side. I saw a person stopping at a station and eating from their plate; not just tasting which is pretty gross, but eating as they went. Some people cut you off and others take their sweet ass time. The restaurant also feels ran down. The backs of the booth seats aren’t bolted down well so whenever someone would plop down on the seats behind us, we would get a good jolt. Then you have these kids who constantly bounce against their seat back, and their parents aren’t decent enough to tell them to stop. I gave a second star because the food I had wasn’t bad, and they have a good selection. There are plenty of seafood options. The one thing I may regret eating is the sushi. Quite a bit is left on trays just sitting there at room temperature. I didn’t try any chicken dishes, but the wife who only eats chicken said it all tasted stale.

This place has went downhill severely in the last few months. It used to be my favorite go to in Columbus for Chinese Buffet food, but our past few experiences have been horrible. Let’s start with this latest story. We went on a Saturday and the place was packed so we were waiting for a table up front… a family walked in and the lady with them went to the bathroom while her husband put their name in. A few minutes later she was telling her husband she wanted to go and went to pull her name off the list. We overheard the conversation with the hostess, «There is a huge pile of crap(expletive deleted) in the floor in the women’s bathroom. One of the toilets is overflowing with crap(expletive deleted) and has crap(expletive deleted) all over the outside of the toilet. I can’t eat here if the bathroom is kept that dirty.» They don’t seem to be taking care of the cleanliness of the restaurant as you can tell from my story above. Also it seems the quality of the food has went severely downhill. The clams I had tasted like they had sat out in the sun for a couple days as did a couple pieces of sushi I tried. I also think they charge a bit too much for the kids, especially the younger ones. Drinks are not included with the kids meals so expect a $ 2 up charge for a huge soda that they will drink 1⁄8 of, do yourself a favor and just get your kids water and save the cash for dessert somewhere nicer.

Let me preface this by saying this is based on my dinner experience of this restaurant last fall. so maybe it has improved since then… BUT, last fall, this place deserves 0 star. The food was awful to the point that it’s not edible. The owner’s kids were at a table near us and had special food brought out from the kitchen for them. I had maybe two bites of food during the entire time I was there. My friend who has a stomach made out of iron had diarrhea for a whole day after we ate there. Even the people in our group who would normally eat 5 – 6 plates of food at a buffet ended up eating half a plate of food. The waitress was giving us an attitude bc one of our friends told her in the beginning that he would not be eating at all. He’s only going there because this is a going-away gathering, and he has special diet restrictions. She ended up trying to charge him anyways for the buffet. When we walked out of here, we stopped by raising canes on the way back and ordered dinner.
