Chase Bank

I’ve come here a few times when the ATM on Olentangy won’t accept my cash deposits, and I’ve always had a good experience at the teller desk. Very fast and friendly service!
The parking lot is a bit obnoxious to get into (you have to turn right on Broadview), and it’s awkwardly structured such that some spots are a bit hard to back out of if the lot is full, but no complaints otherwise.

Came into exchange cash for laundry day quarters. Clean facility. Short line. Had to wait a bit for the teller to fish out quarters although she did politely apologize for the wait.

I’m not sure why people think this Chase is so bad. I find the staff to be friendly and helpful. They’ll hold doors open for you, answer questions, chat you up, stuff that all says «customer friendly» to me. They always have a good amount of associates and managers around at their peak times so things move fast even when they are incredibly busy. The worst part is the small parking lot and slightly annoying entrances.

I just happened to go into this branch to discuss one of our Chase cards, and got into drama surrounding our at-​the-​time-​current-​bank (Fifth Third); the personal banker I met with, Jennifer, was outstanding. She offered information on banking with Chase without being pushy or anything, and we ultimately ended up switching banks that day. We haven’t looked back, it’s realy convenient banking with them because of all of their locations, and the fact that there are ATMs in every Speedway. So for what it’s worth, this recommendation is coming from someone who’s been around the block and back again with banking.

It’s a bank. Meh.

Not customer friendly. After waiting in line for 20 min was told big change in their banking policy. I should meet with a manager after waiting for him was told did not apply to my account. No I’m sorry for wasting your time

I never did face to face, or teller banking here. I do not have a checking or savings account. But my car loan was financed through Chase. The only time I ever needed a branch was to payoff my loan.
I was selling my car to a private buyer. Unfortunately, I didn’t really know the steps of how to do it. I researched online but it didn’t really help. I went into the Chase branch on W. 5^th to try to get some direction.
The woman who helped me mostly stared at me and told me that I can not sell my car without a title. Okay, I’m new at this, but I did have that concept. I was asking questions like if I pay off today, can I get a temporary title, until the real one comes in? Does the title come to the bank to mailed to my home? Is it possible to put a rush on it? No, yes, no. Well, okay then. Thank so much for your assistance.
It’s a bank. I’m coming to you for help. I obviously don’t know what I’m doing, or I would probably already be doing it. Please be patient and guide me. Thank you.
