Best towing experience I’ve had, at a great price too. The owner is a real professional and did everything properly and safely to avoid damaging the car in any way (dolly for wheels to protect transmission, strapped everything down, etc). Would definitely do business with him again.

My husband’s truck broke down when he was hunting, over 180 miles from home! Mark graciously drove down and towed my husband’s truck all the way back home and to an auto shop. They really saved us in a stressful situation! We wouldn’t use anyone else for our towing needs.

I found Viper Towing by doing a Google search. I was in a real pickle: got myself stuck in my own driveway! What was even worse was it was a Saturday and I live in Black Forest (very difficult to get any service in this area and at a reasonable rate and in a reasonable amount of time). I had called a few companies before calling Viper, most places I called would either not come to my area, would come but at a very high rate, or had a long wait period. Well I called Viper and they were very professional and kind and were at my place with very little wait. Even more impressive was how kind the team is. They are a family owned husband and wife. The knowledge base of the tech and the equipment were top notch so I felt very comfortable with what they were doing and knew my vehicle was in good hands. Once it was time to check out I was shocked at how inexpensive their rate was! I was expecting to pay a pretty penny given my location and it was a weekend, but no! It was really reasonable. Bottom line: great service, great rates! Thank You Viper Towing!

I found this company doing a google search and was surprised by the reviews. After that I called and set up an appointment. Mark is outstanding! The reviews are well deserved. He showed up at the scheduled time and did a great job — fast, friendly, and professional. Very reasonable rates too. Should I ever need a tow, these are the only folks I’ll call. Can’t recommend them enough.

Found this company on Unilocal,and during a very stressful situation they were fantastic. My husbands radiator over heated and so he pulled over at the Walmart by Ft. Carson and I called Viper towing immediately. They were quick to get on the way but unfortunately they got a flat tire and it delayed them by 45 minutes. When the owner arrived he towed the car For Free. He was just fantastic even though I was a little irritated, he made me laugh and took his time hooking up the 2003 Cobra, even though he was doing it for free. He dropped the car off well beyond across town and then called me to let me know it was all taken care of.
Hopefully I will never have a town again but if I do I am calling Viper towing!

What a breath of fresh air! In a stressful situation, it was so nice to not have to stress about my towing! Mark and Rachel were so kind and made the process easy. The truck was in excellent condition and I felt so comfortable.

Just spoke with a towing rep from Viper. He was helpful and courteous. Talked about wanting to take care of people. He knew the locations I mentioned in town for pick up and drop off. The cost was reasonable and he was very friendly. I feel that my car will be taken care of properly. Great to speak with folks who sound like they care.

Viper Towing is the only Towing and Recovery company we will use in the Colorado Springs area! We have used their services and were more than pleased with the professionalism, service and fees! Their equipment is excellent, their knowledge of vehicles and the area are second to none!

Viper Towing is an excellent family owned and operated tow company! They will treat your car with great care. Plus their rates are fantastic. I’ve had bad luck with cars but great luck with Viper, I’ve used them twice in the past 9 months.

Need a tow? Go to this towing company. Fast and reliable. It the right price in the last 2 months I have use several different companies. Spend way too much so glad I find them. This one was the best by far. I will be using this one from now on and tell all my friends about it.
