Horrible service! Do NOT use this guy! He was very personable at first, did the install of a brand new Rheem A/​C system and whole house humidifier. Price quoted was really good, but it took 10 months for my system to pass regional inspection. Lou installed it on the wrong side of the furnace, due to ductwork in my attic, saying that he had done several this way and that they worked fine. It did, indeed, work ok, but the PPRBD wouldn’t pass it. Lou spent months trying to get a letter from the manufacturer stating his case. In the end (surprise, surprise!) he had to re-​install it according to code. His procrastination and stubbornness cost me the loss of many work hours (my vacation time) because he wouldn’t come out on a Saturday to accommodate me. And then, when this winter came, and I turned on my humidifier, it was not set up to drain properly and I ended up with water seeping down my walls. Needless to say, I did not want to deal with Lou again, so I had the guys from Brothers Heating and Cooling fix the drainage tube setup. (See my review)
