Great, honest and fast service! After a terrible experience elsewhere, the staff at Springs Auto treated me fairly and fixed my vehicle quickly and accurately. Will DEFINITELY be returning for all my auto repairs and maintenance.

I got hooked with the Groupon and they did a great job on my Subaru in 2012 with major engine repairs. But, now they seem to have lost that good mechanic. This spring I took it in for A/​C. I let it go after it was at the dealer twice and one time here and it didn’t work. I decided this car WILL have a working A/​C. They found a bad seal, recharged, claimed they pressure tested and a few days later I am back, not cooling. So they found the A/​C compressor is bad and after days getting the part and installing it, recharge, etc., not cooling again and I am back the next week and there is yet another seal bad. After 3 trips there, it works. Now I have decided to go to a AAA approved place, closer, looking at what I’ve been charged for some items such as $ 79 for a transmission filter, the most expensive at NAPA store of $ 55, or $ 45 for a $ 39 cabin air filter, they are a NAPA service center. I gave the extra star for the great running engine in the Subaru from work in 2012.

Wish I could give them more stars! We are from out of town and our check engine light came on. They made room for us at 5:30 pm & checked the code. Turns out it was a minor problem. What impressed me the most was when they took the time to reassure my wife that we’d be ok to drive home. Great experience & would go here first if I was in need of repairs!

I took my 2008 Honda CRV in for 2 new tires, an oil change, and to have a funny noise diagnosed. The service manager got me the best possible price and quality of tires, quickly diagnosed the funny noise and worked with my extended warranty contract to get the repair costs covered. They were very reliable with their shuttle service and communicated often and clearly about all of the services they performed. Their mechanics were very friendly and the shop was organized & clean! I would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat– being a single mom, I feel a little apprehensive when dealing with these kinds of issues– like someone will try to take advantage of me or something– these folks treated me very well!

Got hooked up with these guys via Groupon for a $ 10.95 oil change. First time I went I asked for MOA oil additive which I buy for ~$ 12 at the parts store — $ 30 here. Should have been my first clue, then they found $ 1000 worth of repairs my truck needed as part of their inspection. 2^nd $ 10.95 oil change, big shock they found $ 1000 worth NEW repairs my truck needed 3k miles later. To their credit when I complained they refunded my Groupon cost.
I expected a $ 10.95 oil change to be a come on but I didn’t expect it to be such a blatant scam. Maybe they do good work, I’ll never know. If they are good they don’t need to bait you with a cheap oil change and then try to find ANYTHING wrong with your vehicle that they can charge you for.
