I originally rated Arctic Spas in May 2015 and gave them an «A» rating. I recently needed a spa repair and decided to use them again. They seem like great guys but they completely blew that «A» rating. I don’t get it. This time I was appalled at the customer service, the lack of caring and unprofessionalism. On the first service call the tech created an even bigger leak than the one I called them for. Then they did not want to accept responsibility. Finally when they did come out the repair was unsuccessful. When I made repeated calls I was totally ignored. I can’t stress enough — DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!
