We were referred there by a close friend after looking at another place close by… can’t express how happy we are that we went there. Jennifer was so helpful and knowledgeable and informed us to make the best decision. We have had the best experience with the set up, installation and questions. Going on our 2nd month of ownership and have piece of mind knowing it is totally covered for 5 full years. we are clearly experiencing Colorado snow and evenings in a different way… the best way!

We bought our salt water hot tub from Hanson’s and have loved it!
They are so professional and knowledgable about all their products.

We went in to have our water sampled (sts), and were looking for a replacement heater for our tub. They were extremely helpful in both regards.
They had our replacement heater in stock, and matched the best price I had found on the internet. Our rep was very helpful, and when I went back for some more parts, the same guy was there to help as well as a service tech.
I couldn’t ask for better customer service, and based on this experience, they have gained a loyal customer.

No prices on their hot tubs. You have to ask and no one was there to talk to us. They didn’t even acknowledge us. The least they could do is say «hi!»

I moved into a house with a hot tub from Hanson Hot Springs and was totally happy with my experience at the store. I had to learn from scratch. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable.
I thought from listening to their ads on the radio about being a «natural hot tub» seller that they wouldn’t use any chemicals in the water, but I guess that I was naïve. Maybe you can’t have people going in and out of stagnant water and have all of the water stay okay.
I don’t feel overwhelmed with chlorine or anything after spending time in my tub, so maybe their tubs are better than the average hot tub.
